The Dutch East India Company, a dominant force in the spice trade, went on to establish a settlement in Cape Town in the mid 1600s, which acted as a midway point for their exchange with Asia. This mix of European, African and Asian cultures has given the city a rich culinary heritage, and it's against this background that Cape Herb & Spice was formed. Ingredients Sea Salt (48%), Ground Coriander Seeds, Paprika (9%), MUSTARD Powder (7%), Chilli Flakes (6%), Dried Onion, Ground Cumin (5%), Dried Garlic, Dried Oregano, Dried Thyme, Black Peppercorns, Dried Marjoram Directions Stir the seasoning in meat 20 minutes before cooking. It is such a good spice and I cannot find anything that matches this for fried chicken. Totally recommend for a fabulous taste to chicken. Haven't tried it with anything else but I'm sure it will be just as good on anything really. Top product.
