I purchased my first Bob and Brad D6 massage gun in January of 2024 after two Theragun's simply fell apart on me after a few months of use. The Bob and Brad gun was quieter, stronger, more resilient and I worked it hard for months until the plastic barrel cracked around the base. I kind of gave up on them all for a few months but then bought another Bob and Brad D6 that worked wonderfully until the tiny little blade in the USB-C charging port became dislodged. I contacted Bob and Brad customer service and requested a warranty replacement for the most recent purchase, but also mentioned I had a problem with one that was outside of its 1 year warranty period at this point. They cheerfully sent me TWO!!! new D6 massage guns, refreshed the warranty on them both to two years, and apologized for any inconvenience. Big fan, great products, great company.

I struggled to decide between this and another massage gun. I’m glad I chose Bob & Brad. While I enjoy an aggressive massage, I was afraid it would be too much for my spouse, who prefers less intensity. I needn’t have worried as we both love it. There’s enough power for me and several softer attachment heads for him. I immediately gave it a good workout on some long-standing deep trigger points and got relief in minutes. It takes a bit of experimentation to find a comfortable grip, but the 90-degree adjustment and the ergonomic handle help a lot. Yes, it’s a bit heavy, but by the time my wimpy arms tire out, I’m done and feeling so much better. Great purchase!

I received the item massager D6 PRO PLUS quickly in a nice packed box. I like the case which the massager with all the components are stored - like good quality equipment should be.The unit build design is solid and feels good while using it during massage sessions. Having a heat header is a must be item in my opinion, and this massager has it - the function helps me a lot to realese/resolve some miner muscle problems while it allows increasing blood circulation to the problematic muscles parts. As a result of it, I am ready for my soccer game sooner. I love the deep amplitude reaching up to 16mm which is top of the configuration within the massager technology.The service support is outstanding! Due to the charging function mulfunction, I had to contact the service support. After sending an email with a description of the problem late evening, I received a respnd the next day with a detailed message asking me couple questions, and to provide a video which shows me following couple simple steps included in their message.It took me 5 minutes to respond to the service support with my answers and attached video.To my surprice, the following day I received a notice that they are going to send me new massager that will arrive to me in 5 days (3 business days). I am really impressed with the fast and professional approach of the support staff. It seems that It took me approximately 15 minutes to communicate with service support by email messages (send and to respond), and n two days with simple nice, detailed and clear email communication they resolved my inquiry with a ull satisfaction.That is - I call - a SUPERIOR SERVICE!

I’ve been using the Bob and Brad D6 massage gun for over a year and a half, and while I did encounter an issue where the motor began making loud rattling noises, the way it was handled made me a loyal customer. I contacted their customer support and was blown away by their prompt and professional response. They not only sent me a replacement unit but also extended my warranty—something that truly gave me peace of mind.I was initially skeptical and considered going with a competitor, but I’m so glad I chose Bob and Brad. Their excellent customer service and commitment to standing behind their product really set them apart. This experience has made me confident in future purchases with them.Highly recommend!

Best massage gun I have ever used. I am a physical therapist and have used massage guns for years. This massage gun crushes the all the others out there. I have tried 8 different brands at least. This is so much more powerful and quiet than the others. It is heavy duty. This is definitely for people that love deep tissue stuff. I have had an issue with it breaking after a year of daily use. I contacted customer service and the friendliest staff answered the phone/ emails and resolved the issue is days. They sent me a replacement immediately. Love this company. I highly recommend their products and they are worth every penny. Spend a little more on top quality massagers. The other one don’t last and get really loud and lose power.

Almost 5 stars. This is a quality massage gun.This is the 3rd massage gun I have tried. One was half the price, and one was twice the price. The quality of this one, surpasses the other two. Customer service was responsive to inquiries prior to purchasing the tool, but that is the extent of my experience with them. The tool DOES shut off randomly at times, but it restarts with the push of a button. I'm not sure what makes it stop, but it is usually when pressing into the muscles a with a bit more pressure. That makes me wonder if the 85 pounds of stall pressure mentioned is accurate, because neither of the previous tools used stalled out with the same amount of pressure. That being said, it is sturdier, and quieter than the $600 one I tried, and seems to hold a charge better than the $99 one I tried.The $99 one, came with a second battery that didn't even fit the tool. When I contacted customer service, they sent me, on FIVE different occaisons the WRONG battery. FIVE battery that don't fit the tool. The massage gun was a fairly nice product, except for that. The primary battery was a bit "iffy" about holding a charge also.My $600 one started getting really load a few months after using it, and plastic parts started falling off. When I called customer service, I was told to buy a $30 kit to lube and clean it. It was a 1 ounce tube of white oil, and some wipes. It was about $5 worth of product.
