I purchased this heating pad 5 months ago and used it quite frequently as I have been nursing shoulder and neck issues for which I have been regularly going to physical therapy to treat. It was perfect to bring comfort to those hard to get to neck and shoulders with a traditional heating pad. After 5 months, it stopped working and showed an error code. I contacted Lenman customer support via email for assistance and was very impressed with their immediate response and message that they would send me a replacement and that i did not need to return the original one. So this is a nice heating pad, however it is NOT WEIGHTED whatsoever. There's a few beans around the edges which does absolutley nothing. This is is the second heating pad I've bought in a week now, claiming to be weighted but failing miserably. Im not thrilled about this

I’ve had my heating pad for a couple of months now and I use it every night. I’ve had several different types in the past that eventually end up dying on me, so when it came time to replace mine, I decided to try this one, and I haven’t been disappointed.I’ve had cervical spine surgery and so really like the high neck because it hits in all the right places, and the back of the heating pad is long enough to fully cover my shoulder blades, which I need as well, this is better than others that I’ve had before. I’ve only used it on the lowest setting, which is perfect for me, i’ve not yet used the timer function, so I can’t really comment on how that works, but I would highly recommend this heating pad if you’re in the market!
