I used those to replace the plastic shelf pegs in my kitchen cabinets! Since I have heavy dinnerware, I wanted to make sure they would resist under the weight, and they do!

Worked with adjustments
They were too small for the holes in my cupboard but I flipped them over and put them in backwards. Pounded them in with a hammer and they worked fine.
