A 16 oz of Fit Frappe has at Least 20g protein, only 130 calories, only 1-2g sugar, only 3.5g fat, 5g fiber, 19 vitamins & minerals, only 4-6g net carbs, and is gluten free. We can not say for sure. Contact our Customer Care department by calling (800) BIG TRAIN that's (800) 244-8724.

Each scoop has 2.5 g Net Carbs and 11 g Total Carbs. One scoop makes 8 fl oz

Q: most "protein drinks" have a yuck, chalky taste --does this? anyone mix with coffee?

It does not have a yuck taste. I Mack it with instant coffee and regular coffee if I have leftovers. This is more like drinking a frappe rather than a protein shake.

Q: what size scoop do i use?
