Good Controller, Some Dislikes
The controller is very nice, and looks quite well. The sticks, and buttons are immaculate, and feel great. The trigger switches are well designed, and the programmability is awesome. Id like to note, I bought this to replace my old Scuf Prestiege, which was a long lasting controller, but boy did it have issues. I want to start off by saying, DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, BUY A SCUF IN 2025! There are limitless better options, and this is absolutely one, depending on your use. This controller is very responsive, I love the included 2.4Ghz USB chip. The sticks DO remove, and you can buy taller ones, although they dont come included. I dont know if removable thumbsticks is a more recent standard or not, but it didnt used to be. The color is okay, and RGB is nice, but I really have to comment on the translucent plastic. It has a sort of 2000 - 2015 cheap controller look, which is offputting, and makes it look cheaper than it is. I feel like a more thoughtful choice of plastic formula, and density would have been well worth it here, to allow the light to shine through, but not be see through. The controller also has this grippy texture molded or stamped into the plastic, which I personally am not a fan of. The last complaint is the start and menu buttons. Their placement is really obnoxious and out of the way, hard to get used to unconciously pressing. As you can see in the pictures, they orbit the xbox/ main button at the top, rather than being placed side by side on a typical xbox controller. Some more information, is the cover is not removable, or at least, not without a screwdriver, so if you wanted to change out the joystick bases, or even certain buttons, (was possible on my Scuf, not sure here), you have to take it apart, and likely void the warranty. All in all, good controller, just has some so-so quirks.

Great for gaming
--- Pros --- Solid build quality. 3 different connections (Wired USB, Bluetooth, included 2.4 dongle) Customizable RGBs. Customizable buttons. Nice feeling joysticks. Toggleable triggers. Headphone jack. --- Cons --- No phone holder accessory offered (yet). Cannot store dongle in the controller. ABXY buttons are not the same as D-pad buttons. --- Thoughts --- Very nice controller out of box. Plastic but sturdy build. Has textured grips and triggers. Very comfortable to hold and use for long periods, may be slightly big and heavy for smaller hands. The joysticks are a joy to use. Very fluid and nice to move around. There is a default of 10 for deadspace on the GameSir Connect software; Lower it to 6 or 5 for less deadspace. Weirdly, the ABXY buttons have the a slightly sponge-like feel, but the D-pad has a nice mechanical keyboard click. Would prefer if both were clicky. Analog triggers feel great all the way through. Switching it to micro switch mode gives it a very nice instant click feel. Works right out of box for supported games on mobile, consoles, and PC. For non natively supported games on mobile, the GameSir App helps with mapping. Sadly it did not come with a phone holder, nor can I find one in stock officially, but I found a thingiverse model that I printed to work with the famed Modular Mounting System (thingiverse item #5619802) Really wish it could store the wireless dongle inside the controller when not in use. Might design something to hold the dongle to the controller in the future. Overall, a great controller for daily gaming.

Reliable
I got this controller cuz it was highly recommended and I have been needing a new controller for my pc. Cons(long list for a highly praised controller): Cheap looking plastic, Cheap feeling plastic, cheap feeling dpad. B button slopes down with the curve of the controller(dont do this with a controller. I need to feel the buttons. Dont be like xbox), Steam and pc gets confused what is connected(some games dont work with steam controls with this controller). Pros: works with other consoles. Sticks are PERFECT. Lots of customization( Though due to the buggy nature I pointed early on pc I wouldnt test them personally), buttons feel responsive(but time will tell) Personally would only buy on sale from how cheap the material used are, but would definitely take over any xbox controller.

Fantastic Quality at an Excellent Price
Absolutely fantastic for its cost. High quality feel in the hand despite its light weight, with buttons that actually have tactility at the expense of a light looseness to the main buttons. (Whether or not this bothers you is personal preference). Due to them using special sticks that use TMR, expect stick drift to not happen unless you stick very powerful magnets next to the controller all the time. The texturing of the grips do attract dirt over time, but cleaning isn't difficult with just a damp microfiber cloth. Connecting to PC and android was flawless, but PC is best since it natively works with the GameSir program to change anything you want with regards to the controller. Very feature-rich surprisingly, and the simple fact this costs half or even less than half of regular base model controllers for modern consoles with such features? Absolutely worth at least a try.

Love this controller/Highly responsive/Versatile for fps games, racing and any game I tried thus far
The first thing I noticed is that the Cyclone 2 is very well made and has a nice solid feel to it. The manual felt a little difficult to read because I don't have my glasses, however it can be found online, as well as videos showing how to set it up quickly/the awesome features it has. The app allows for some tinkering to get that custom feel. Note: I had one issue with the left stick and left trigger, but it was actually easily fixed when following instructions to perform a forced update for the dongle, and then the controller in that order. The instructions on how to perform the forced update are on the Gamesir Cyclone 2 FAQs section of their site. Somehow this fixed it for me and before trying this method, Gamesir support was very adamant about helping me to find a solution, and it's greatly appreciated. The controller is highly responsive, and connecting it through the cable is fastest, followed by Bluetooth, then the dongle. Accelerating in racing games feels just right to me. The switch on the trigger also makes it perfect for fps games, to save time while pressing it, which can make all the difference. The sticks are simply phenomenal.. TMR technology is amazing and not having to worry about stick drift is equally so. I applaud Gamesir for making this excellent controller and I'll definitely look into the G7 Pro when its released. Along with the discount on Amazon, I couldn't be happier with this purchase and easily recommend it, especially for gamers who are frustrated with stick drift.

It had a broken trigger within two weeks. And that doesn't mean it's bad. It just means it happens.
This is not a bad controller. But I did unfortunately get one where Bigger buttons, the microswitch that was in there cracked. Apparently. And it didn't take long for that to happen, maybe a week or two. And I instantly had to return it and went with another brand, Easy SMX, and boy oh boy am I glad I went with the Easy SMX. That thing is amazing anyway. Not a bad controller, but. For me, it was.

One of my favorite controllers to use.
This is basically 4 controllers in one! 3 wireless modes and one 2.4 GHz mode. Red mode registers the controller as a Switch Pro Controller. (Pressure-sensetive triggers do not work in this mode.) Blue mode registers the controller as a Dualshock 4. Perfect for your steam deck (if you have one). Yellow mode is meant for your android device (if you have one). Green mode uses the included adapter to connect directly to the system you have it plugged into. Perfect for a Windows PC (if you have one). (Motion controls do not work in this mode.) You can also cycle between Playstaion, Nintendo, and Xbox modes in this mode by pressing and holding select and start. I only have a few nitpicks: -Blue mode (in some cases, depedning the device you have it connected to) wont retain the connection after you turn off the controller. You will be forced to re-pair the controller every time if youre looking to use it on your hacked Wii U or PS3 (with or without an adapter). -There is a bug that happens sometimes where the lights in the controller just abruptly turn off (this has not been fixed yet, as of making of this review). -This controller won't work on most consoles (the Switch being the only exception). So it's mainly just meant for your PC and mobile devices.

A not hit or miss because it is a hit even at the price
It’s been working really good since first day, wired with cable or wireless to the dongle or Bluetooth even connected to the iPad Pro, little thing has done really well, honestly the quality of the buttons as the description say, it’s all klicky but it feels nice ! all of the buttons feel the same not quality issues there no connection issues yet too, maybe it may feel a little bit lighter than official Xbox controllers but if you don’t mind it’s no issue. The only thing is that when playing apex and assigning buttons to the back buttons for some reason they where inverted, I had to play a little to make them work right but it was no issue maybe a software updated needed ? Other than that it’s a really good controller, for the price it performs like the pros! It may be smaller and littler but it really delivers. ( another thing that they need to fix…on the manual specially on how charging works , I didn’t now that slow blinking of the green light meant battery going low until I found out because of some Reddit users) it’s got to many options that are not really well explained on the manual

Parfait !
