Fun, Hands-On Learning for Struggling Readers
The Fidget Game SquishyLand in Rainbow Reef has been an amazing learning tool for our family. My son used to struggle with reading, and this game has helped him tremendously. Itโs designed to support kids who struggle with reading and dyslexia, but it never feels like โwork.โ The squishies are such a smart touch โ they immediately draw kids in and make them want to play. My son doesnโt even realize heโs learning because it feels like a game instead of homework. If you have a child who struggles with reading or needs a more hands-on, low-pressure approach, this game is absolutely worth it.

Fun, Educational, Engaging!
This game is a real hit with my almost 4 year old. The rainbow colors are super fun, there are all the elements of a great game like go back cards, and secret passages to skip ahead. The multiple different card stacks make it simple for parents to level up once their child has mastered a stack. Donโt hesitate to purchase this interactive and educational game! The board and the squishes are great quality (although some paint is coming off one of our squishes because my kids like to pull on it).

Perfect for Dyslexia
My daughter is severely dyslexic and this game has been great for her! She is 8 years old. This game is fun to her and is learning in disguise. The little animals are so cute and everything is great quality. I love how all the cards are packaged too.

Great way to add reading fun at the end of the day!
If you have a little one learning to read, I recommend the game Squishyland. Itโs like Candyland, but with different decks of cards for learning to read. My daughter is often too tired and unfocused to work on reading skills when we pick her up after work. But with it being a game, she really gets into it and doesnโt even realize sheโs learning. Very cool! It has cards for skill ages PreK through 2nd grade. So weโll get a bit of use out of this game while we learn to read. Great for parents that may want to mix up the learning experience in the evenings.

So much fun for a learning game!
My son, 5, absolutely loves this game! Its basically candyland with an educational twist. We got a couple more of "the fidget game" games and theyre all a big hit. We homeschool and this is absolutely perfect. I wish you could get the squishy replacement packs on amazon, but thats ok. Just like every other squishy toy, they bend and squish and expand, so the paint does come off a little bit. But again, every squishy will do that, its just the nature of it, so no points lost for me! However, my son is definitely fidgets, and picks at them a bit, so we will need to replace them at some point.

Great game, not great 'pawns'
My kids think it's fun and the different decks allow me to challenge each kids at their level. They ask to play. It is a great addition to "gameschooling." My only complaint is that the squishes are not going to last and are too large for the game board path. After playing the game only twice the coloring on the squishes is coming off. I'll have to replace them in a couple more plays with something else.

An attractive game
I'm not writing this review for Amazon. I'm writing it to give a high five to the orginal creator who thought up this excellent game! The challenges are just hard enough to be worth it but simple enough to still be fun. My hyper kiddo loved it. With the little story line map It was easy to turn the game into a sort of DND role-play adventure. We gave each of the squish characters their own personalities, weaknesses and abilities and they helped each other make it to the Crystal Castle. Over all a pretty attractive game.

Great for reading and focus resistant kids
I have a 5 year old who isn't always a fan of reading himself and lacks focus. This is one of the only games we have that he requests by name night after night, wanting to do harder cards. Although it's still early days, if you have a phonics and reading resistant kid, this may be a good way for the whole family to play something fun and educational. Beware the squishies may be thrown about and lose their faces easily, but for the learning and enjoyment, this is ace.

Great game for literacy
I am a primary teacher and this game is always available to students in my classroom. It is great for small groups or literacy centres as well.

Fun game
Purchased for granddaughters. They like the game. The 3 years old still needs a little bit of help. She doesnโt always have the full concentration to sit through the game but very much enjoys playing with the squishes. The board is attractive and she makes up stories with it. The 4 years old who enjoys learning and loves challenges will sit and play the game. She also enjoys playing with the squishy with her sister. I think it is educational
