Pain relief with regular use
As someone whose age has caught up with them, I often find myself battling foot swelling, aches, and pains that seem to creep up all over my body. So, when I got my hands on the PureMate Rechargeable EMS & TENS Foot Circulation Massager, I was eager to see if it could bring some relief. First off, it’s lightweight and easy to carry around, which is a huge plus for me. Whether I’m moving it from the living room to the bedroom, its portability is surprisingly convenient. I expected a sturdier build, but thankfully, it doesn’t impact its performance. Setting it up is easy too, just plug it in, place your feet on it, and you’re good to go. The remote control is a great touch, letting me adjust settings without having to bend down or interrupt my relief, perfect for someone like me who appreciates a bit of ease. The massager uses EMS and TENS technology, and it delivers a soothing, massage-like sensation that feels nice after a long day. When I first tried it, I noticed some tingly effects, which caught me off guard. I’d recommend starting with a lower setting, there are 99 intensity levels to choose from, and gradually working your way up as you get comfortable. It’s all about finding your sweet spot, and with 50 different massage modes, the adjustable settings make it easy to tailor the experience to exactly what your body needs. I’ve been using it consistently for a week now, and it’s helped relieve some of the aches in my feet and ankles. The swelling that used to plague me has noticeably reduced, and I feel a bit more lightness in my step. It’s not just for feet either, I’ve used the included electrode pads on my shoulder, where I often carry tension, and it’s worked well there too. The features are impressive: a 60-minute timer for safe sessions, a large LCD screen to track your settings, and a rechargeable design that adds to its portability. It’s quiet, sleek, and doesn’t take up much space, which I appreciate in my cluttered home. While it’s not a cure-all, the potential for relief with regular use is there, and I’ve found it to be a comforting addition.

Not effective
This is not a fit massager, but it is a tens device which mainly targets your calves and lower legs. It feels very strange - like someone is flicking at your leg muscles. It has up to 100 levels of intensity - which is pretty wild! 15 is the highest I could comfortably go. It's easy to use, though it can only be adjusted with the remote control (Batteries are included). I have poor circulation in my legs, however, I have tried it for a while now and I don't find it helps much with my pain, fatigue or pooling in my legs. You need to be bare foot for it to work, and I find my feet get very cold while using it. Just overall, it's not very effective for me

A Good EMS & TENS Machine
The EMS & TENS foot massager by PureMate is well built and also very portable due to its size and weight. This massager comes with a mains charger, 2 x electrode pads that connect into the side of the unit, instructions, and a remote. This device promotes blood flow, reduces swelling, and can assist in healing ulcers, making it ideal for those managing diabetes or circulation issues. I suffer from bad circulation in my hands and feet. I get cold feet especially in the wintertime, and these machines can help with this. Safety to note: Do not use if you have a pacemaker. Consult your doctor before use if you are: pregnant, have sensitive skin, have heart disease or abnormal blood pressure, have cancer or DVT, or have metal implants. Do not use for more than 60 minutes at a time. If you have any of the above, then consult your doctor and research into these machines before you try. Features include: 60-minute timer, 50 modes, 99 intensity levels, wireless remote control, body pain treatment using the pads, rechargeable, and portable. Electronic pulses are not produced when the item is plugged in to charge. The massager has a whopping 99 intensity levels to select from. Start low and build up. It is hard to know what works best for you. Each person will have a different preference. I have mine on around 15-20. It also includes 50 unique modes, but mode 1 cycles through these every 1 minute. The additional electrode pads are used on other areas such as the neck, back, joints, and shoulders, providing versatile pain relief wherever you need it. Do not use near the chest area. Overall, these machines are medically proven to work. It is worth researching into these to see if they are suitable for you and to see what benefits they can help with before you make a purchase. I have others that have a ball underneath that help to work out your calves also. This variant has a flat bottom, and so it does not move during use. It is easy to use, but start off low over a few weeks for 15 minutes at a time. Good value for money considering this is from a reputable brand. I hope that you have found my review to be helpful. Thank you.

Decent Circulation Boost, but Limited Impact
I tried this to help with swelling and foot pain after long days. The EMS and TENS functions give a gentle tingling sensation that’s easy to adjust with the remote. There are loads of intensity levels and modes, but most feel quite similar. I didn’t notice a big difference in circulation or swelling after regular use. It’s lightweight and simple to operate. The electrode pads are a nice extra for other areas like calves or shoulders. It only works with both feet placed properly on the surface, which can be awkward if you want to sit back. Battery life is good, but I hoped for stronger results.

Does the job safely and reliably
I’ve been using TENS and EMS machines for over a decade, but this is my first use of a version for your feet. These are my main points for and against this product: For: Delivers good TENS pain relief to feet and lower legs Remote works well and gives full control Decent built quality Powerful massage for a battery device Against: Price is a little too high at £100 RRP ‘Beeping’ interface, unnecessary and irritating No app integration for phone or tablet use As you can see, I liked all the main things about this device. In terms of ease of use, it’s great. You don’t need any TENS knowledge to get this to work, just read the manual and you will be fine. As it’s battery powered it’s completely safe, which you can never really be sure about with a mains-powered TENS. The remote is the best I’ve ever used, easy to read and gives full control. Build quality is better than average and it seems built to last. Of course you can never know how good it is internally, but from the outside it looks and feels solid. So on to the most important thing, performance. I am happy to say it works great, and will alleviate aching and throbbing feet and lower legs. I just sit down in a comfy chair and put youtube on, and after a minute I’m not even noticing my feet anymore. You can’t ask for more than that. Live all TENS machines this is a way of muffling the pain signals, and will not cure them or lower them permanently. But for temporary relief it does the job. I think this is worth about £85 given the market at the moment. However, what price can you put on pain relief? £100 is still an acceptable price.

Effective and comfortable foot massager for circulation, pain relief, and daily relaxation
I've been using this foot circulation massager for a couple of weeks now and it’s made a noticeable difference in how my feet feel at the end of the day. I initially got it because I deal with poor circulation and swelling in my ankles, especially after long hours standing or walking. This device really helps ease that tension and makes my legs feel lighter and more energised after each use. The setup was straightforward, and I was able to start using it right out of the box. It’s compact and lightweight, which makes it easy to store or move around. The controls are clear and responsive, and the rechargeable battery is a bonus because I don’t need to worry about constantly plugging it in. The EMS and TENS features offer a variety of intensity levels and programs, which is great for tailoring the session to your needs. I usually start with a lower intensity and gradually increase as I go. It sends small pulses through the soles of the feet that stimulate the muscles and boost blood flow. It feels a bit odd at first but becomes relaxing once you're used to it. After a session, I notice less stiffness in my joints and reduced swelling, especially around the ankles. I also have occasional plantar fasciitis flare-ups, and this has helped ease that discomfort too. I like that I can use it while sitting down watching TV or reading—it feels like a spa moment without leaving the house. All in all, it’s become a part of my daily routine and has brought a lot of relief. If you suffer from tired legs, swelling, or foot pain, I’d highly recommend giving it a try.
