After researching the dangerous and toxic chemicals in laundry detergents and conditioners, I became determined to convince my family to switch over to a safer, more natural fabric conditioner. I've spent hours looking into various brands and products, but I was always put off by the reviews. I don’t mind paying a higher price for something that works, but natural options never seemed to deliver. Having seen mixed reviews for this Miniml eco fabric conditioner, I decided to give it a try, and sadly, I’m in two minds about it. The product has many positives, starting with its eco-friendly and vegan credentials. The fact that it’s cruelty-free and made with natural ingredients is a big plus, especially for those with sensitive skin or allergies. The packaging is also commendable, featuring a minimalistic design with a 5-litre refill that’s practical for reducing plastic waste. Delivery was swift, and the overall service was excellent. However, when it comes to performance, the product doesn’t quite hit the mark. The fragrance smells lovely in the bottle, a fresh linen scent that I was eager to have on my clothes. Unfortunately, once the laundry was done, the scent barely lingered. I had to use a lot more product than usual to even notice a hint of fragrance on my clothes, which is disappointing considering the price and the 250 washes it promises. As for softness, the results were underwhelming. My clothes felt slightly softer, but not noticeably more so than if I hadn’t used any conditioner at all. The product is also quite watery, which made me question its effectiveness and value for money. Additionally, I noticed that after a week of storing freshly laundered bedding, a slight musty smell appeared, something I’ve never experienced with other fabric conditioners. In terms of value for money, the price would be fantastic if the product performed well, but unfortunately, it doesn’t. While I commend Miniml’s effort to create a natural and eco-friendly fabric conditioner, it simply isn’t effective enough. It’s disappointing because I genuinely wanted to love this product, as it ticks all the right boxes, but unfortunately, it falls short of expectations. I buy this product regularly as my partner has allergies to most liquids available in the shops. I like the smell of the product & the price is reasonable.

Smells nice. Good value for money for the size ( We like to bulk buy) Doesn't irritate my skin. Not too thick and not too thin, unlike most other brands I have had in the past. Fairly easy to pour, but would be better with a pump. This will last a while and we do 2-3 loads per week in our 10kg machine. Would like to try a different scent next time.

New packaging means the conditioner goes everywhere when you open the lid, also means I now can't fit it under my sink as it's so tall. The conditioner itself is good but let down by this strange packaging,
