Bosch HEZ629070 Air Fry Grill Tray, Anthracite, 45.5 x 45.5 x 3.4 cm

Got a new Neff oven and wanted the airfryer tray. This one is the same dimensions as the Neff one, but cheaper, so decided to try it. It fits perfectly and performs well, is very solid and robust, and we can put it in the dishwasher after use.

As you may be aware, Bosch, Siemens, and Neff are all parts of the BSH group, and for that reason, this air fryer grill tray that fits inside your oven should fit all three models of that type of oven. I can't honestly say whether the Siemens or Neff equivalents are any different build, I suspect not, probably just in different packaging.As to the tray itself, it does exactly what it says on the tin. It is non-stick, it is quite light, and it does work more or less like an air fryer tray. It cooks chips perfectly. The only thing is that because obviously it's got holes, any frozen chips that you do put through there, anything that is of a smaller particle than the holes, will just drop through. But other than that, it seems to work perfectly well in the oven. It's not bowed or discoloured, and it's easy to clean.It is expensive. The Bosch tray sometimes is cheaper than the Siemens and Neff. It was a very good price when I bought it, I think just over £30, but I think all of them are around about £60 now. Whether that's worth it, only you can say, but I'm pleased.

Ich habe das Bosch AirFry & Grillblech HEZ629070 nun seit einer Woche im Einsatz und bin absolut begeistert. Das Blech ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet, emailliert und spülmaschinengeeignet. Die Reinigung ist kinderleicht – selbst nach knusprigen Kartoffelscheiben oder Gemüsechips reicht oft schon warmes Wasser, oder es wandert einfach in die Spülmaschine.Anwendung & Ergebnis:Ich sprühe vor dem Backen etwas Öl direkt auf das Blech (am besten mit einer Ölsprühflasche) und gebe dann die leicht eingeölten Kartoffelscheiben (ca. 5 mm dick) darauf.Bei 200 °C Umluft für ca. 20 Minuten, einmal zwischendurch wenden – und schon sind die Kartoffeln außen knusprig und innen weich.Das Ergebnis kommt sehr nah an eine Fritteuse heran, aber mit viel weniger Fett und deutlich gesünder.Vorteile auf einen Blick:Stabile Bauweise, hochwertig emailliertSehr gute Luftzirkulation durch die gelochte Fläche – sorgt für gleichmäßige BräunungEinfach zu reinigen (spülmaschinenfest)Spart deutlich Fett im Vergleich zum FrittierenIdeal für Kartoffeln, Gemüse, Nuggets oder Ofen-SnacksKleiner Tipp:Ein Backblech darunterstellen, um Fettspritzer oder Tropfen aufzufangen.Fazit:Ich kann das Bosch AirFry Blech uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Knusprige, leckere Ergebnisse ohne viel Fett – perfekt für alle, die auf gesünderes Kochen setzen und bereits einen Bosch-Backofen besitzen.

Testat den mer än 7 ggr, den fungerar jättebra, skönt att ha en airfryer i en vanlig varmluftsugn. Har än så länge bara använt med bakplåtspapper men både strips, chickennuggets och klyftpotatis, snitzel har blivit krispiga och mindre blöta sladdriga. När jag testat har jag använt mig av en oljespray förutom till klyftpotatisen.
