This is a great mouth tape. I was skeptical at the beginning but I gave it a try. This is has stopped my snoring instantaneously i.e. from the very first night of use.The mask stays all night, I wake up rested and refreshed. My mouth is moisturized in the morning so I do not have a urge to drink straight away. The tape is easy to remove without any pain.The best I have used out of few others I have tried so far. Recommend to those who are still thinking about it. The price is also great for such a good product.

I 100% recommend this tape due to its many uses. This tape is pre-cut which is a big plus and has strong adhesion. It leaves no residue when peeling off which is the issue I have with most tapes especially working in the healthcare field. I've used this tape on some of my home care patients to secure dressings and it worked great. Another plus is that it is hypoallergenic and waterproof. The tape peeled off easily and was not painful to my patients. If you snore like me or have issues sleeping and are looking for a solution to getting some good sleep, this tape can be used to stop mouth breathing and allows you to breathe through your nose. I tried this a few nights to aid with my snoring and the tape stayed in place. I actually ended up getting great rest on the nights I used the tape and so did my partner. This is definitely a great product to have in the house especially due to its many uses and great adhesion!

I had been using a different brand which worked well but this one was cheaper and I thought that they would be the same because how different can mouth tape be. Well it turns out very different. This one has very poor adhesion especially if you have any sort of stubble of facial hair. The tape lasts a couple of minutes before peeling off on its own. Definitely doesn't do what it is supposed to do. The sticky part needs to be much stronger and while the tape is stretchy, the more you stretch it i.e. to get it from one side of the mouth to the other, the less sticky it is. I wouldn't recommend this at all. There are better brands out there and probably worth paying a little extra to get a tape that works..

I've tried three types of tape to help with snoring. The first was similar to Silent Nights (called Alpha Sleep) and was the best of the bunch, but it doesn't seem to be available anymore. I then tried the X-shaped transparent tape, and that was rubbish. Didn't stick and wasn't nearly strong enough to hold my mouth closed. I then tried Silent Nights, which is similar in shape to Alpha Sleep, and it's pretty good. Seems to unstick at times, most commonly if I need a shave. If they made the adhesive a little stronger then it would be 5 stars.

I had high hopes but honestly, it’s a terrible product. The whole point is for it to stay on overnight, and it just doesn’t. Within an hour or two it’s already peeling off, and by morning it’s completely gone. The adhesive feels weak and unreliable, almost like it was never meant for actual use on skin.I really wanted something that would help with mouth breathing at night, but this was just a waste of money. It doesn’t do what it promises, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and look for a better option.

This is my second purchase- I’ve recently ordered these tapes in purple for myself as I wanted to see if my sleep quality would be improved and I’ve got to say that I feel more rested. They are soft, easy to remove and seem very good quality. So I purchased these tapes in black for my boyfriend for Valentine’s (as he snores at night 🙈) and OMG they worked a treat- silent nights ARE BACK!!Small 2 tips I can give you to ensure easier application of the tape- make sure your mouth and skin around your lips are dry before applying (or wait a few minutes if using skincare products for your skin to absorb them before applying the tape)- I found it easier to remove protective liner when I stretched the tape to break the protective liner in the middle.Definitely worth a try!

Good enough stickiness to keep on overngiht. But smelt too strongly of adhesive for me to continue using.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I bought this to stop my mouth breathing during sleep which can leave me with a blocked nose in the mornings. Effectiveness:I no longer mouth breathe and I wake up with a clear nose, fresher breath, and overall, feeling way better rested than I had done before.Couldn’t have asked for more! ☺️

They do not last......the adhesive is not strong, especially if you have any stable.I won't be buying again
