Do you use this like soap and rinse or is it more like applying lotion after you shower ?

It is a cleansing lotion. You do not have to rinse. It is not a soap it is lotion like. Put some on the toilet paper for your last wipe. It will cleanse and soothe.

does this bottle come sealed? My came unsealed and leaking.

Most of my orders, including this last one had the container either wrapped or the top taped which prevented any leaking. I don't even find this product sealed in the drugstore. Several years ago Amazon was quick to replace the only one that that ever came leaking. Hope this helps.
