Smoothed out chapped elbows
Aurhentic lava, not artificial pumice stone. There are instructions included, follow those. Turned my badly chapped, dry elbows into silky smooth after one use. I'm surprised by the negative reviews. Makes me wonder if they used as instructed? I am waiting for this to be back in stock so I can order a second one.

Ouch ouch ouch
I don't know who this is working for, I am happy for you but truly don't understand: I have used pumice stones for almost two decades and have never had one cut me up like this. It crumbled and left little black bits in the shower. I would not recommend this at all.

Reasonably sturdy
Upon receiving the package, I was worried about the sturdiness of this item due to its low density. However, having used it several times, it seems reasonably durable, despite some sedimentation.
