This product is definitely designed to clean all type of hard-floor surfaces and all messes related to it.. It lives up to exactly what it says, I love using this product daily at home and it’s only been one month. Highly recommended product here are my list of Pros and Cons: PROS : > Definitely a huge difference in keeping the floor of your house (hard-floor) neat and tidy. You can clearly see and feel the difference Before and After use > Steam in mop is something that really helps remove stubborn sticky and old stains which would be a hassle otherwise to clean. > It has self cleaning mode which cleans the brush roller with water & steam and air dries it too. > Catches a lot of hair which is good and bad (see cons). For pet owners it is definitely a blessing as it actually also vacuums when it mops so both dry and wet mess is easily tackled with a single swipe. CONS : > Battery takes long to charge and cannot be swapped on the go but it is a positive thing that it has auto charge cut off and also slow charging the battery will keep the battery life for a longer duration in the long run. > All hair that gets sucked in gets stuck in the pipe and the DWT (Dirty Water Tank) and will have to be removed manually with hand as just washing it with a jet spray or water does not make it come off. > Can’t cleans corners and leaves little square in the corners where its brush roller is unable to reach. > Cannot use Any type of Dettol or soap or other foaming agents that can damage the Product which is already mentioned before purchase > Need to put in little effort to keep it clean or it can create odors if the DWT, Brush roller and the Steam cabinet isn’t cleaned after each use.

DO NOT BUY : it’s a machine but , machines break down sometime and mine did in less than 5 months of its purchase. The follow up and customer service support is SO BAD and Infact the WORST, here in INDIA. It took 4 months of pestering them to help with the machine and all of its parts have been opened. It’s no longer what it used to be, despite it being brand new it’s become an absolute nightmare and it’s a waste of money just because of the people who can not mend it and their absolute absence of support and insight into this technology. BIGGEST DISAPOINTMENT of my life. Their support team makes you feel stupid and dumb saying the machine is like this only. They took the machine after months of failed technical visits and kept it in worst conditions also returned it in the worst conditions … it’s completely screwed. Look at the way they treated it in their workshop with their feet on it and see the amount of dirt on it …. Pathetic company services ever

I have been using the Tineco Floor ONE S7 Steam for over 6 months now, and it has been a complete game changer in my home. The cleaning power is outstanding, especially with steam, which leaves the floors fresh and spotless every time. It is lightweight, cordless, and so easy to manoeuvre that even quick cleanups do not feel like a chore. Battery life has been more than enough for my needs, and the self-cleaning feature keeps maintenance hassle-free. One incident that really stood out was when we had a tough mess after a small kitchen spill, sticky and stubborn. Instead of hours of scrubbing, the Tineco handled it in just minutes and left the floor looking like nothing ever happened. I also appreciate how it works seamlessly on both tile and hardwood without leaving streaks. The steam function gives me peace of mind knowing it is sanitizing as well as cleaning. Durability has been excellent so far, and it still feels like new after consistent use. The support team has been great in demonstrating and explanation of the features For anyone considering it, this is a fantastic product, and I highly recommend it.

Very Disappointed with the Product and After-Sales Service The unit stopped working within one year of purchase. For the past one month, the company has been sending service engineers repeatedly, but the issue is still not resolved. The unit has multiple problems, and despite several repair attempts, it continues to malfunction. I requested a replacement with a new unit because the existing one appears to have manufacturing defects. Unfortunately, my request has been ignored, and no replacement has been provided. I expected better product quality and customer support. This has been a very frustrating experience, and I cannot recommend this product based on both its reliability and the poor after-sales service.

What on earth is this thing?! I am floored by it!! This thing practically cleans for you. 1. Charging: low to the ground; you put the mop on its holder, no bending, no fumbling with cords, the thing charges. That's it. It's one of those delight features that was very thoughtfully engineered. 2. Battery: probably okay? If you don't have old dried in pieces of food your toddler so helpfully hid behind a table/chair/under a rug, this thing will be fast and run for a while. If there are dried in things that require you to use the steam feature, it will run out of juice faster. But it holds 100% more than enough power to get you through routine mopping without needing to recharge. 3. Steam: works way better than soap! Easier to get stuff off the floor, no worries about little hands and paws, no extra cleanup step, no unpleasant odors. I was unsure if this mop would get greasy things like butter or whatever else my toddler throws on the floor, but it's absolutely amazing. 4. Self-drive: wow. It just gliiiiiiiides! The two water tanks on the handle could have easily made it unwieldly (looking at you, Bissel), but the self-propelled feature makes it very light and easy to handle. Trust me, my back pain has rendered me bedridden for months at a time before. The motorized wheels, though, make it feel like you're moving a light thing of hollow plastic. Definitely doesn't feel its weight and it's a good thing! 5. Cleanup: the tanks are super duper easy to handle. The mechanisms have this awesome click that gives you joy. 6. Overall: everything about this device is amazing. It's so so well thought through and the little details make the tedious chore a breeze. The delight factor is the name of the game. The mop gives you apple and bmw vibes. Can't believe this device exists, honestly. We bought a Bissel a few days before we got this one and it's night and day, I'm not even kidding. So yes, this one is 2x the price of Bissell, but 1) it also cleans in half the time and 2) it operates so so much nicer and easier on you.

I ordered it 2 months ago, but just now opened the box. There are stains on the brush and the machine, there is water remaining in the water tank !!! It is USED NOT NEW !!!!!

Edit 01/07/25 I ended up returning this to Amazon because this S7 Steam Smart Wet Dry Vacuum did not work properly out of the box. I had an older Tineco Floor mop/vac it was my first vaccume mop. This one is the Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Steam Smart Wet Dry Vacuum Clean, an upgrade? Not so much is very disappointing. I've purchased other products from the Tineco brand and have been extremely satisfied with each. I've used this 2 times since Christmas, if you use either of the steam settings the battery lasts about 15 minutes, it does not use any sort of detergent so you clean with just water unless you decide to use one of the steam features and cut the use time down significantly. It takes a while for the steam feature to heat up and make the steam, more wasted battery. It didn't perform that well on sticky messes it took a few passes to lift the sticky mess. I am comparing this item to the S3 and the S3 seems to out perform a unit almost double the cost. It is lightweight, and the self-propulsion is a nice feature, it makes it easy to maneuver, the self clean works well. The roller and the floors dry quickly. The vaccume mop seems durable and well made. It has a light also it was nice to see the floors better. All in all I would suggest you invest in maybe the S7 Pro, something without the steam feature. All said I would NOT recommend the Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 Steam Smart Wet Dry Vacuum Cleaner.

This vacuum mop can cut through any mess and does so without any chemical solution. Just add water! The combination of the brush and the powerful suction are on par with a professional cleaning company. It digs into my porous tile and pulls everything out. I read so many reviews of this and other similar products and wish I hadn’t waited to buy it. The cordless feature makes it a breeze to use. I have not had any issue with the charge time, it's adequate to get most jobs done and I find it charges quickly. The mop is elegant and I have it set up on the periphery of the kitchen so I use it and simply charge it. I haven’t used the steam function as much because the chemical-free brush and suction are all you need. The unit is very easy to clean and maintain. You will not regret buying this. The manufacturer reminds you to empty the tank after each use and this is a must because it’s so effective at cleaning without any additional solution that the water will stink. This vacuum mop is so wonderful I would buy it again without reservation even at this price point which is on the higher side. Best purchase I’ve made in years.
