## Description

Kreatures of Habit MEAL ONE | Overnight & Instant Superfood Protein Meal Replacement | Gluten Free, Dairy Free, 30g of Plant Based Protein, With No Added Sugar

Review: Pretty damn good! - absolutely enjoy the taste. just make sure to mix it up enough so that the powdery protein isn't close to the top of the lid. I used the same container that came with the other brand, "Overnight Oats", so I know exactly how much milk to pour if I want to drink it vs. spoon it.
Review: AM Protein, check! - I was surprised at how satisfying the overnight oats were. They are quite thick but adding some more liquid worked great. They do have a bit of a lingering taste, think sugar free soda, but overall I liked it! I'm going to try other flavors!

## Features

- 30G OF PROTEIN PER SERVING - Each serving delivers 30 grams of protein along with complex carbohydrates, fiber, and essential amino acids, giving you a substantial, balanced breakfast that helps you start the day fueled.
- A COMPLETE MEAL, NOT JUST OATMEAL - Built as a full breakfast with protein, fiber, omega-3 healthy fats, and vitamin D3 in every serving, so you get real morning nutrition in a single container instead of an empty carb load.
- PROBIOTICS AND DIGESTIVE ENZYMES - Each serving includes added probiotics and digestive enzymes, thoughtfully formulated by a chef to be as easy on your gut as it is satisfying to eat.
- PREP IT YOUR WAY - Enjoy MEAL ONE however you like: stir with your milk of choice and refrigerate overnight for classic cold overnight oats, warm it up for a hot breakfast, blend it into a protein smoothie, or use it as a base for a loaded breakfast bowl. One versatile mix, multiple ways to start your morning.

### ⭐ Truly Awful Taste, Shockingly Bad
*by K***I on 22 November 2025*

I honestly cannot imagine how this product is being sold. I bought the Peanut Butter flavor of Kreatures of Habit, and it is one of the worst-tasting products I’ve ever tried. The bitterness is overwhelming, the texture is chalky, and the overall flavor is completely unpalatable. To make sure it wasn’t just me, I gave a packet to my fitness nutrition trainer to try — her reaction was immediate: “This is horrible.” I’ve used pea protein before and never experienced anything this bitter, so I’m not sure what went wrong here, but something definitely did. This product has no business being on the market in its current form. Anyone who buys it is likely to be seriously disappointed. Save your money.
