Really Comfortable Adjustable Weight Vest! Silicone Weights Huge Improvement over Regular Weights
So I researched weight vests a TON and had it down to the TRX vest and this one. I took a chance on this vest when it first came out, and I'm super happy that I did!!! I was looking for a vest that was comfortable and had adjustable weights, and I really think this vest is the best out there for those two elements - it is definitely worth the extra cash over the cheaper vests. I primarily use the vest for dog walking - we got a Doodle during Covid, and the 45 minute daily walk I take with him replaced my daily workout :( so I was trying to burn some more calories on the walk. This vest allows me to do that perfectly! The weight adjustability was awesome - I started with 20 lbs and worked my way up to 33 over a few weeks. I also will wear this vest when doing stuff around the house - mowing the lawn, cleaning the house on Saturday morning, etc... I love how it allows me to sneak in a light workout when I'm super busy. One of the best features of the vest is the silicone weights - pretty much all other weight vests either use iron or sand. These silicone weights are super thin and flexible, which allows me to layer the vest comfortably under my jacket. After a few minutes, I actually forget that I'm wearing it. Also, when my jacket is zipped, you can't even tell I'm wearing it, which I love! I also like that when I don't wear it with a jacket, it doesn't look tactical - a lot of the other weight vests make the wearers look like they're law enforcement or military, and this one just looks...pretty normal. I also like the fact that the weights are distributed across the entire torso, rather than bunching up around the neck/shoulder area, like so many others. I'm 6'2 / 185, and the vest fits me perfectly. I've also used the vest for light jogging and for HIIT training sessions. Again, it's really comfy (for a weight vest), and I've been super happy at how it's worked for all those things. My only recommendations would to maybe make the shoulder straps more robust - I haven't had any issues with mine over the past three months, but I'm interested to see how they'll hold up over time. The velcro flaps that hold each weight in each pouch also seem a bit thin, but again, I haven't actually had any issues with them either, but if they put out a 2.0 version, I would recommend making those two changes. Everything else is pretty much perfect! If you're a hard-core athlete, and have the extra cash, I'd also take a look at the TRX vest, but if you're someone who just wants to occasionally use a vest to help stay in shape, and prioritize comfort, I think this vest is a huge step up from the sand/iron vests, and is definitely worth the extra investment!

Absolutely worth it - comfortable, durable, and effective!
I've been using this weighted vest for a few months now, and I'm really impressed. It's incredibly comfortable, even during long workouts or walks. The zipper makes it very easy to put on and take off, and the weight distribution feels perfectly balanced. The silicone weights stay in place, and the reflective strips are a great safety feature for evening runs. This vest is well-made and absolutely worth the price. It's fully adjustable, feels secure, and has taken my workouts to a new level. Highly recommended!

Happy with the great build & design quality
Happy with the great build & design quality as it is sturdier than the photos indicate. I'm also glad I searched and noticed this product using dense silicone rather than iron and/or steel weights. The product came preassembled and securely packed. To put it on I had only to unpack it, unzip it, put it on, adjust the depth with the rib straps, zip it up, and retighten the zip straps. I'll not have to disassemble, reassemble, worry about rust, and other problems. The 45 lbs of this vest is a lot. I am wearing it now as I type this. It is comfortable. It reminds me to sit in a better posture but until I build stamina, strength, and balance I may have to take some weight out. It's a sort of passive weight resistance program that helps one maintain their metabolic daily caloric requirements as one diets to lose weight according to the study I saw. You don't exercise so much as just wear it piddling around the house as usual. I'd not take stairs or do risky activities with it on. Squat at the knees, rather than being over, the usual back safety advice taught, with or without wearing such a weighted vest.

Durable and effective.
Great product. So far it seems durable. Weight distribution feels good. No weird smells. The only thing keeping me from a five star review is that adjusting the weight sort of feels like playing Tetris and doing math at the same time.

Super comfortable and high quality material. Very well-designed.
I don't typically leave reviews, but this is by far one of the best quality items in its category. Other weighted vests that uses iron sand or something similar is always bulky and uncomfortable, and the weight shifts and gets unbalanced. This vest is super comfortable and conforms to the body really well, and it doesn't itch. It's a bit pricey but if you plan on using it long term it's definitely worth the money. Very easy put on and take off and easy to adjust. I would be curious to see if the 45-lb version is just as comfortable and form-fitting.

Comfortable and non Restrictive
Super comfortable. Especially with a shirt on underneath. Tons of combinations of weight. Straps and connections seem super strong and vest doesnโt move much when running. Doesnโt restrict movement at all. If itโs light enough you might forget you have it on. Worth the extra $20-$40 10/10

Adjustable Weighted Vest for Men Women
I like this vest. I use it for walk my Three Greman Shorthaired Pointers - they are off lead. I bought the 45 pound version. adjusts and fits nicely. I am using 12 pounds of weight plus 3 for the vest. Vest fits under your coat or over your coat. On top of this weighted vest I have a dog walking vest. I carry water, balls, thrower, leashes, poo bags, and picked up poo. Dog walking vest is 13 pounds when full. So my total is 28 pounds. This is heavy. I have gotten used to the weight. Doing 2 to 3 miles per walk. Do not know if I will ever get to 45 pounds in the adjustable weight vest. Started Dec 2025 now Jan 2026. Helps keep you warm. May be too warm in the summer. You can feel the workout in every step. I have not ill effects using the vest. When I get back to the van I am glad to remove it and I am back to me again. I am a senior citizen.

Good weighted vest
Seems well made. I removed a couple weights to bring it down to 25 lbs. Used it for 31 miles of walking on the road/sidewalk. The straps allow adjustment for a good fit. Weight is well distributed front to back and stable. Just keep in mind that your shoulders will be carrying the weight. Cleaning is easy. Overall, good vest.

Extremely comfortable and versatile
This is extremely comfortable to wear. The materials are soft but durable, and because the "weights" are also soft, everything is comfortable and not clunky. The actual gel 'weights' are a little finicky to get in and out, but no big deal, and they're secure once in. Also very important is that the vest stays comfortable even when some of the weights are removed...it doesn't make any 'funky' pressure points or anything. Two things I was initially concerned about were the zipper closure and the shoulder strap comfort. My wife has a cheaper vest that has a quick release buckle closure that I thought I would prefer over the zipper used on this model, but now that I'm using the zipper, I like it more than the buckle. As for the shoulder straps, they sat a bit uncomfortably right out of the box, and that worried me! However, like breaking in a new pair of shoes, the straps settled in very quickly and are now super comfortable. Also, there are four side adjustment straps that allow you to snug things up 'just so'! I often snug them up extra tightly in order to bear the weight around my torso and almost completely free up my shoulders.... it's a nice option. Negatives? There's not much negative about this weighted vest. About the only annoyance is that sometimes, because of its overall length, the lower edge can push on my belt if I'm wearing one, but it's not a big deal. I like this vest so much, I'll be gifting one to my seriously-in-need-of-extra-muscle-mass brother!

As good as it can be for the value
I do not have much to compared to, but for my first rucking vest, I feel pretty good about it. The design makes it snug enough to be worn under a baggy sweater, and being able to tighten and loosen the sides helps a lot of well in terms of comfort. The shoulder padding are also comfortable for an extended amount of time. All in all a pretty good rucking vest for beginners but be aware that the full weight is really heavy if you never used a rucking vest before. Maybe start with half the weights. TL;DR: Pros: - Cost effective - Easier to handle since it's not metal plates used for weights - Comfortable and desgined to fit Cons: - Full weight for extended amount of time will cause soreness if not muscles are not conditioned

Worth it
I think I made the right choice! I just got it today, but it looks pretty decently made. The weights are nice and soft, the vest is overall comfortable to wear and I can even wear it under a sweater and it's not that noticeable. I was excited to try so I wore it right away, but maybe wash the fabric first. After I sweated a bit I could smell some chemical. But it didn't last too long after I took off the vest. The vest fits very snug, I am able to do a handstand in it and it doesn't budge. I will be using it often and will come back to this review to change it if something happens. It's very adjustable so even if I was bigger I wouldn't have to worry about how it fits.

Missing the labels for the weights
This is a comfortable best to wear, the silicon weights make it easier to remove or keep and adds to comfort. The only thing missing on mine was the labels for the weights as shown in the video which is a little frustrating.

Great Quality for the Price
Great vest for the price point. Comfortable to wear and adjustment straps hold very well and are "quick release" when removing the vest. Works well during workouts while doing squats, lunges, treadmill or push ups etc. Quality looks solid. Stitching looks strong and the zipper is heavy duty. The neoprene absorbs sweat quickly so you'll need to dry it thoroughly after use and remove all the weights for the occasional vest wash.
