321 STRONG Patented 3-Zone Massage Roller, Medium Density for Exercise

I’ve been using this massage roller after work and workouts and it feels really good on sore muscles. The different textured areas give a nice amount of pressure without being too uncomfortable. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and the size makes it convenient to use on my legs, back, and shoulders. Definitely a nice thing to have at home for muscle soreness.

Not to be overly dramatic but I absolutely love this roller. No one is paying me to say this. I have a black regular sized foam roller that I have had for years. I needed something small and more effective so I read some reviews and decided to order this roller. I am so happy I did. I used it mostly on my legs from hip to ankle. Sometimes I use it on my back. It is a good size and weight to stick in my suitcase!

Well made and overall I’m happy but wish it was 3-4 inches wider. Great for hamstrings, shoulder kinks and glutes.

One of my best sellings since I started to run. Helps a lot after a long or hard session. Use it regularly your muscles will appreciate it.

Having multiple back issues I have to do a lot of exercises-stretches-fascial release ( I am a huge proponent of fascial release) as it works well for me and my pain. Which brings us to this roller >my 3rd one. And I am not convinced I got the medium density. Its harder than my other 2 and the 2 I have used at the gym. Strong YES Medium-NO. This thing is hard on my back like rolling on gravel and yes I have laid on gravel before working on my car and concrete as well. So while I give it 5 stars for doing its job > I would give it 2 for being medium density. I would hate to lie down on firm density roller=maybe a round piece of firewood?

Material is thicker plastic and foam is on the harder side than a medium. Color is true to picture. Roller is good for body but not neck. I found this roller to be too hard to get comfortable for my neck as well as too big. I did like using this roller for my calfs and back but it did take adjusting to hardness. My kids love to steal it and lay on it for their backs and it’s holding up well to their gentleness lol

This foam roller has been a great addition to my recovery routine. The medium density is firm enough to work out tight muscles, but it’s not so hard that it’s uncomfortable to use. I’ve used it on my back, calves, quads, and hamstrings after workouts, and it helps loosen things up and reduce soreness. It holds its shape well and doesn’t flatten, even with regular use. The size is also convenient. It’s easy to store, lightweight enough to take to the gym, and works well for both stretching and myofascial release. Overall, it’s a solid, well-made foam roller that does exactly what I was looking for. I’d definitely recommend it if you want an effective recovery tool without spending a lot.

Good tool to relieve upper back pain. It is made of excellent hard rubber material with nice design.
