Customers should be very wary about using this product. Gave me very bad gastrienteritis/IBS after eating two bars for two days. Malitol, whey, chicory root, other artificial sweeteners are all known to cause gastrointestinal upsets in some people. Every ingredient has a red flag. It was only after investigation that I realised how badly they affect some people. There I'd also a hidden note advising you to contact your doctor before eating. I'd bought some for a friend previously. She experienced the same symptoms as I did, but she didn't tell me at the time as they were a gift. Both of us threw them out after 2 days. Both if us ended up on dioralyte as so dehydrated. Be very careful when trying protein bars or similar. The warnings are hard to find as well as the ingredients. Should be stated clearly on the box. Ill for 4 days after consumption of only 4 bars. They taste delicious but for my friend and I, very damaging.
