Nordic magnesium

I started taking these just under a week ago 2a day morn and eve. Sleep is better mood is better and my knee problem is there but in distance so I think once this is in my system properly they will do a fabulous job These are quality magnesium from Nordic and price is fantastic as got a good discount I would recomend these to any one who looking for clean magnesium especially menopause
