Review: Finally got years of old photos onto my iPhone 17 Pro! - I bought these adapters so I could connect my old USB memory sticks directly to my iPhone 17 Pro, and I’m absolutely delighted! The adapters convert a standard USB-A connection to USB-C, so I can plug my old memory sticks straight into my phone without needing a computer. Initially, I thought it wasn’t working because I expected my photos to appear in the Photos app. After a bit of head scratching and some help from ChatGPT, I discovered I needed to open the Files app instead, and there they all were! So if you’re buying these for the same reason, that’s worth knowing. Once I’d worked that out, it was so easy. My photos appear in the Files app within seconds, and I can browse through them, save the ones I want onto my iPhone and edit them as normal. I can’t tell you how much joy it’s brought me seeing old photos of my children when they were babies, many of which I haven’t looked at in years. I’ve spent ages going through them! The adapters are small, feel sturdy and fit securely into my iPhone once I’ve removed the phone case. That’s worth mentioning, as I found the case needs to come off for the connector to fit properly. There’s no software to install, and you get two in the pack, so I’ve got a spare if I need it. Such a simple little product, but it’s given me access to so many wonderful memories. Couldn’t be happier! Review: Spot on - Great value and seems to be good quality. Just what I needed. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ pretty much perfect apart from the warming *by H***N on 13 August 2024* I recently purchased the Syntech USB C to USB Adapter (2 Pack), and overall, I'm quite pleased with the product. These adapters are compact, well-built, and work exactly as advertised. The USB-C male to USB 3.0 female connection is solid, and I haven't experienced any loose connections or data transfer issues. I primarily use these adapters to connect my older USB-A peripherals, like flash drives and keyboards, to my newer USB-C devices, and they work flawlessly. The transfer speeds are as expected with USB 3.0, which is a significant plus. The design is sleek and minimalist, blending well with my other devices. The small size makes them easy to carry around in my laptop bag without taking up much space. I also appreciate that this pack comes with two adapters, which is convenient for someone who has multiple devices. My only minor gripe is that these adapters can get a bit warm after extended use, though it's nothing too concerning. Also, they fit snugly, so be prepared to use a bit of force to plug in or remove them, especially if you're working with a tighter port space. Overall, this is a reliable and affordable solution if you need to connect USB-A devices to a USB-C port. It’s a handy accessory to have, and I would definitely recommend it to others! ## Frequently Bought Together - Syntech USB C to USB Adapter Pack of 2 USB C Male to USB 3.0 Female Adapter Compatible with MacBook Pro Air 2024, Microsoft Surface, iPad,Samsung Notebook, Dell XPS and More Type C Devices,Space Grey - Elebase USB to USB C Adapter 4 Pack,USBC Female to A Male Car Charger,Type C Converter for iPhone 16 16e Pro Max,15 14 13 12 Plus,Apple Watch,Airpods,Compatible for Nintendo Switch,Samsung Galaxy S25 - JSAUX USB C to USB 3.0 Adapter [2 Pack], USB C Male to USB Female OTG Cable Thunderbolt3 to USB Adapter Compatible with MacBook Pro/Air, iPhone 16 Pro Max/16 Plus/16e/15, Samsung Galaxy S25/S24/S23 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/67736409-syntech-usb-c-to-usb-adapter-2-pack-10gbps-usb](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/67736409-syntech-usb-c-to-usb-adapter-2-pack-10gbps-usb) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-30*
