The pacifier she would not take but the case is big enough to allow a different pacifier.Love the case and how everything is contained. The nail clippers work well , it would have been nice if the top metal was a little longer but that is being overly picky. I am very happy and I have had others ask about it because of the convience and have referred ot to others. I have been using it since I have my baby Feb 2020.UPDATE: we do not take this case anywhere and it was stored in a dry drawer. The q tips were never used and the closed package grew something. I was concerned that the rest of the case was contaminated so I had to throw everything out. Nothing else appeared to have any growth but I am not willing to chance it. It also is worrisome that it grew within contained never opened q tips ### ⭐⭐ TOtal Waste of money *by K***E on Reviewed in the United States on November 30, 2018* I did not use it yet because I'm still pregnant, but the kit is a pretty good quality. Hair brush is very soft, tested thermometer and it takes about 2-3min. to measure temperature.UPDATE: so I started using this kit and I am slightly disappointed. Nasal aspirator suction is very weak, as I already wrote before thermometer takes long time to measure temperature plus it would be nice to be able to use it rectally since with newborns it's very important.
