The wheels glide so easily and it feels like you are gliding softly forward, even when someone is pushing you! This is a great walker/transport chair. The only issue may be that it is awkward and heavy to lift and to store. The should have provided straps to keep it in a folded position because when you fold it, the minute you try to lift it then it becomes unfolded again, it just opens back up. So I had to take the seatbelt provided and use that to secure the legs so we could fold and store it. And it's heavy.
