Wow. They taste and feel (including mouth feel) like traditional marshmallows. I haven’t cooked with them yet, but they are awesome right out of the bag. My gf, who despises most things that are supposed to be healthier treats, loved them, too. They are packaged in a plastic box that is wrapped with 3 foil packets inside.

However, for the quality and health benefits you're getting, it's absolutely worth the investment. Bottom Line: If you're managing your sugar intake or want a better-for-you treat that doesn't sacrifice taste or functionality, these are an absolute sugar-free winner!
