This is great turtle food but I've found the smell changes after a few months since first opening the container, even if the container is always re-sealed. For this reason I keep the main bag in the freezer and take out small amounts to feed my turtle. My musk turtle really likes this food and always eats it with gusto and great interest. This is the only turtle food I know of that contains pork and pork bones as well as chicken. Very complete nutrition.

This is my first time buying this brand and as you can see by the video they instantly went to eating it. Both my water turtles and my box turtle, no this is not their normal habitat. I usually put them in here to eat because after they eat, they have a tendency to poop. It helps keep their habitat clean. It will not take them long to devour these and I will need to put some more in for today's feeding. These were just packed in May of this year and are good until 2028. They smell fresh and clean, I think it is a good value for the money, it is a good size for my turtles and they definitely are going after them

My turtle go crazy with Mazuri but beware don't feed to turtle eveyday, my turtle had diarrhea when fed everyday. So I had to give it once or twice a week only, which was also my initial feeding schedule for this specific pellet.
