This is a good easy source of 200 mg of caffeine. It's a good morning or on the way to work drink. Nice for on the go without the can. I appreciate as I can add to water without the carbonation. It is cheaper per serving than cans. I like that it gives me pick me up energy without the jitters.

These packets are just as good as the can, take up less space. And are better for the planet.
