Very overpriced product. Not even worth 50 AED. They should refund money.

Product was sent defective. The light did not work. When I tried to reach out to the customer service, they asked me to purchase a new light and they can partially refund me. Not sure how it is reasonable for me to spend additional money to fix an issue that existed at the time of delivery. As a customer, I expect to receive a fully functional product. They stopped responding. Stay away from this seller.

The quality of the product is absolutely good. Look wise also very modern yet traditional. It was easy to assemble & weight is also feathery. Overall good value for the price.

Absolutely love the product, it came chipped and I had no way to talk to someone to just replace the chipped panel. Very frustrating that the communication is not more convenient
