Update: After my last review I was contacted by the seller of this product immediately. They apologized profusely for my bad experience and faulty rocketship tent. They wanted to make sure I was happy with the product and issued a refund for the damaged tent and sent us a new tent. We received the tent within two days. My son was so excited to have his tent back! I was very impressed with the amazing customer service I received from this company, they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with my original purchase. I will definitely keep them in mind in the future for other products. I can’t keep him out of his “space” tent. It is so roomy and the perfect size for two boys with BIG imaginations. This new tent seems to be holding up better, no issues at all. Thank you again for making my birthday boy happy! Original review: My son was so excited for his Space Tent on his third birthday. We’ve had in for four days and it has already torn at the seams, where the poles are and the bottom fabric where he sits and plays. It is very poor quality material. I am very disappointed that it didn’t last longer. The only reason why I’m not furious is because I got it super super on sale, less than thirty dollars. But I saw I retails for more than double that price! Ridiculous!

We’ve LOVED these teepee tents that we purchased. They fold up SO small and the bag they fit in is very compact. They are easy to assemble and quality material! They are a great gift for any young child.

I bought a princess play tent for a friend's daughter and really thought it was neat. So I started a search for a play tent for my 2 yr old. There were several space or rocket themed ones available on amazon, but this one had the best reviews, was a good price, and came with the projector flashlight. First, the set up was very easy; it maybe took me 5-10 minutes. It was a little longer because my kid kept trying to grab the tent poles and "help". Second, it comes with a handy traveling case and folds up flat for easy transport (will easily fit in luggage). I plan to take this with me on a 3 week trip so that my 2 yr old will have something from home that she is familiar with. Third, it is big enough that I think my 2 yr old could continue using this for years. She is currently about 37 inches tall. I added a picture of her standing in it, and you can see that there is still plenty of room in there. And lastly, it came with a really cool space themed projector. The projector has 3 discs with pictures of the planets, astronauts, and rockets. Unfortunately, we lost 2 of the 3 discs (they are very tiny), not sure if there is any way to get replacements. The projector is one of my daughter's favorite toys. As a side note, I haven't taken the tent down yet, so I can't comment on if it is easy to take down and fold back up. But it seems like it will be as easy as putting it up.

Update: Customer service is excellent. Theyre sending a replacement. Hopefully this one will be better constructed. This item is very cute but I can tell it's not going to last long without some reinforcement. I WAS also excited about the projector flashlight that came with this and was a main reason I picked this one. So here's the nitty gritty. Flashlight: While it's small and and the perfect size for little hands it was a complete disappointment. The flashlight works on its own but the projector disks that come with it are a complete fail. I don't know if they don't sit in the flashlight right or if they are just poor quality. While you can make out what the images are by holding the disk up and looking at them when you try to project it throygh the flashlight they just come out as colored blobs no matter how much you adjust them. Tent: The tent is super cute. But I don't know why they can't put better reinforcements where the pole ends go. There is so much tension in the top that they look like they are going to bust through. And the slots they hold them are just thin nylon like the tent. I'm going to try and put some duct tape in the top and hope that gives it better stabilization (had a previous play tent that all the poles busted through and I was unable to fix. I was hoping this one would be better constructed, sadly no) the bottom portion where the poles go have a little bit firmer fabric but still doesn't seem like it will hold well. So we will see if I can get this one to last longer with some duct tape. And after taking pics it looks as if the tent is about to tear on the bottom pole holders because there is so much tension and how they were sewn on. So unsure at this point what we will be doing with this tent.

Bought for grands for grand kids play room. Easy assembly.

Frame elbow was on incorrectly. We had to untie it and turn it. Lost string and it was a chore to thread. Worried about the pole surviving kids play and velcro holding frame in place. Luckily she is an only child and quite young. I don't think it woukd hold up to real child play.

Perfect size, good material, easy to install.

My toddler kept asking us to make him a tent so we would do the makeshift blankets and the chairs each time but that can be a bit much to do every day so we were thrilled when we found this tent and he absolutely loves it. He goes in and out however he pleases and loves looking out the little window :-). If I had one suggestion it would be to design it in a way where the flaps of the entrance can easily stay and remain open and not fold back so easily and also to have it where the flaps can actually close when wanted. I find the string attached to it doesn't really keep it closed. Not a big thing at all just something I noticed when my little guy was playing hide and seek and was trying to close the doors but they dont really close. On another note, we had a piece of the frame break which made part of the tent collapse and we wrote to the company. They sent a replacement out right away, literally was shipped to us in 2 days and playtime picked right back up where we left off. Customer service was very friendly, professional and timely, I love companies like this, it makes you want to come back for more items.

The tent per se is a good one, but ours came with a slight tear that seemed to have been sewn. I have taken a picture and would like the seller to take note.

This was definitely the favourite gift for my kids this Christmas. My 6 year old son has been telling everyone he sees about his new Rocketship, and my 3 year old daughter can't get enough of it. Setup was easy, easily collapsible and easy to store in a convenient storage bag. Seems sturdy. The flashlight was definitely a neat little addition, though it is smaller then I expected it to be and the 3 image discs will likely get lost before too long. My son will certainly enjoy it while it lasts, and the main attraction is still the tent.

Tent is a great! Got it for my 3yo son for xmas and he loves it. He plays with his trucks and toys inside and just hangs out with his pillows and blankets to watch movies in it (esp when hes under the weather) The mini flashlight is also a nice addition. We love shutting off all the lights and going through the animals together inside the tent. Super easy to set up. Only thing is its a little flimsy. Other than that, great buy.
