Fit exactly the same as the 20yr. Old pump motor was replacing. Just be sure to apply some "Liquid Wrench"® to the threads of the old impeller, let sit for 10-30 minutes and you have a good grip on the armature rod with a 7/16 wrench when you remove said impellar from the retired pool pump...

I bought this and I had it all ready to go. It came with a blue rubber protector which I left in place until I attached everything. I went to secure the impeller and the screw has no place to go. No I have to wait and order another one but I’m not sure if it will have this important item.

I had to replace my pool pump about 5 years ago and it cost me about 50% more than this pump. Plus, it was supplied with all the gaskets and seals that I had to purchase separately the last time. Pump is running flawlessly!

Complete garbage. Stationary V switch was cracked upon receipt and caused the motor to not operate. I fixed it temporarily because I needed to get my pool water circulating. The motor is very loud and too hot to touch.This is my second junk Century motor in two years. They do not respond to support inquiries on their site and they ignore my Facebook messages.Don't waste your time or money.

I couldn't be happier with this purchase. The new motor is quieter than the original and it runs like a charm. Fit great and it was an easy install.

The motor I received appears to work well for the 2 days that it has been installed. However, the motor they ship you is NOT an AO Smith motor. It is a Century knock-off sold as a REPLACEMENT for the AO Smith USQ-1152. A complete clone of the AO Smith but made you-know-where. This Century motor is replacing a 24 year old AO Smith. Maybe AO Smith is made overseas by now, too, but I will be surprised if I get that longevity out of the new one. Just in case, I've saved the old motor, which still runs, but is rusted and has a bad bearing. Figured it was time for a new motor. Hope that I'm not sorry that I changed it out.

Motor worked perfect. Seal for motor shaft leaked had to purchase a new one locally. Seal for pump housing was wrong size, had to purchase new one locally.Still a good price for the motor. Would purchase again
