I have three red light devices, a red light face mask I’ve been using for over two years, a wider red light band/pad for my back from last year, and this one I purchased recently. The reason I got this one is because I had a bad TMJ flair recently, and wanted to try red light therapy on the side of my face. The red light mas I have doesn’t reach as far to both side of the face, and the relight band for my back is just too big. So I found this one and gave it a try, and it worked pretty well, and helped healing my TMJ symptom within a week of daily use of two 20 minutes sessions. The Auto shut off function is great, and the default 20 minutes timing is perfect. It really easy to wrap around my face and both ends of this wrap has the Velcro hook attachment, so you can wrap with either side on the outside. For redlight therapy, this wrap has three light modes, default is 660nm red light + 850nm near-infrared light, and you can also use 660nm red light only mode or 850nm near-infrared light only mode, and each mode has three strength levels. I mostly use on the middle strength level with both Red and NIR mode. I found the strongest level is little too warm for my face. It doesn’t really get too hot, but does get quite warm on the highest strength level. The middle level is strong enough to heal my TMJ in a week. This wrap doesn’t come with battery, and it doesn’t have power converter or wall plug. So, for power source, I use a 38800mAh portable charger got from Amazon, linked here (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BBM6PH56), it has bunch of different USB ports on it, and it can power this redlight wrap for a long time. The battery pack’s power level only reduces about 4-5% for each 20 minutes of redlight treatment. I actually found this set up is easier to use than the bigger red light pad for my back, because that needs to be plugged into the wall. I only had this unit less than a month, so I can’t speak for it’s longevity yet. But for the price and its effectiveness, and ease of use. I feel comfortable to recommend it. I have been using a wider red light belt on my back for months and see improvement there so I ordered this to use on my neck, thigh and foot. It works very well. UPDATE - In May 2026 the USB-C plug broke. I contacted customer service to see if they could sell me a new wire. They responded within 24 hours and requested pics. After sending the pics they said they were sending a replacement. I thought I would receive a new wire. To my surprise a few days later I received a whole new unit. What awesome customer service. I love the unit, it is flexible and travels well on trips. I definitely recommend this.

The wrap is good for wrapping around different body parts. We used it primarily on feet, ankles, lower legs and hands. The wrap is shorter than 37’. We have used it now for a year, with visible difference to psoriasis on the hands and feet. The cores did break and it is a special cord so although the device is is working it no long can be powered

I've been doing red light therapy on and off for years, for general health. But had overlooked it recently, when I hurt my wrist. I'm a 64 year old grandmother, who's 10 year old granddaughter came to visit during her Christmas break. She brought her new hoverboard, which I absolutely had to try!! Well, after watching a couple videos, I gave it a shot!! ...in the kitchen where I could grab the counter if needed. I managed to get on and quickly graduated to the dining room. I was so proud of myself! LOL!! But in 1/1000 of a second, I found myself on the floor after trying to dismount. I broke my fall with my left hand, straining my wrist pretty badly. That was New Years day. 10 days later, I still couldn't use my left hand due to significant pain. I ordered a wrist heating pad, and this red light wrap. While the heating pad definitely made it feel better, the red lights healed it!! I used it once a day for 45 minutes, following the heating pad. After 3 days of use, I woke up with almost no pain! It was 75% better. I was totally blown away!! Two days after that, it was 95% healed!!! That was less than a week ago, and my wrist is still a bit sore when I bend it wrong, BUT, it's 98% healed, and I'm able to use 7lb weights to re-strengthen it. I'm now an absolute believer in the miraculous healing power of red light therapy!!! This wrap will be useful for many parts of the body, and I'm very glad I purchased it. 👍

Love this Comfytemp red light therapy wrap for body (37") but wish it wish it was a foot longer. I wrap it from elbow to wrist for pain. Will update again once I get to 6 weeks of use. Easy to use and charges quickly.

I bought this for my knee and hand pain. I've used red-light therapy and found it beneficial. However, this was a bit hard to wrap around my hand, wrist, and knee. I actually cannot say it really helped.

When the product works, it was great. Unfortunately, it lasted less than a year- approximately 10 months or so. I reached out to the company in December, explaining that the product stopped turning on, they asked for photos, I sent them photos, they asked for a video, I sent them a video- in the end, no response from Comfytemp and I gave up and will just have to order a new one. BEWARE- THE PORT TENDS TO OVERHEAT IF USED FOR MORE THAN 2 CYCLES. Last, the port usb- c, literally just fell apart. If I could find a replacement plug, I would continue using it. The port seems to be poorly made and gave me trouble. UPDATE: I originally gave this 3 stars based on above, I am changing it to 5 Stars because I finally heard back from Customer Service and I have been told they are replacing the item.

**Update on this item: I subsequently found out the seller had contacted me, but I never received the email. The seller reached out again and offered me a full refund for this product, which I accepted. To me this is excellent customer service, a field I spent many years in, and I would definitely purchase products from this seller again. Buy a cordless red light therapy wrap. I have had this wrap a little over 7 months. I used it a lot but not every day. It was very helpful and I found the benefits of red light therapy. However, something happened with the cord and the two ends would not stay attached and would therefore not turn on. I had one of my sons take a look at it and he said it looks like a piece broke off and is still in the other side. I will definitely purchase another one of these wraps, but only a cordless one.
