I've had this for over a year & love it! It was as easy as a toilet seat to install & then just plug it in. It cleans itself with the touch of a button, has multiple options for the heated seat, water temperature, pressure, spray placement & fan temps. It is a very nice design that has been very durable so far! The remote is easy to figure out as are the controls on the side of the lid. I had an issue under the 3-year warranty & I am very happy & impressed with the speed, professionalism & courtesy of the company. Highly recommend not just the Bidet, but the company as well!

I’ll never own a non electric toilet seat; I love the warm seat and various wash options. We’ve owned Asian style bidets for more than 10 years. We installed this budget friendly version in our kids bathroom once we got electric installed there. The kids (9 and 14) love it as well!

Hardest part to figure out is where/how to plug it in, but once you make a connection (we installed a GFCI straight below the on/off light switch) it is VERY easy to install and set up. The best part was the seat heater (so nice) and the night light. The let down is that we were Bidet-newbs and expected that you would magically be clean and not need to do anything else. I find that once you get used to the "WHOA!" from the first jet of water its actually "nice", but you have to do what you would do anyway after that....the dryer is not really a thing unless you stood up and assumed you were "clean". Its a GREAT seat, and the bells and whistles seem great, but ultimately was not what the South Park episode suggested and we kept it for the awesome seat heater and perhaps that soon-to-occur bad episode after an definitely-too-spicy meal.

This seat is AMAZING. Heated, cleans the right spots, dries you up. They do need a more detailed video on how to install this product, though. It was not hard to install, but I was having trouble getting the T-valve to stop leaking. Teflon tape did fix the problem, though. The rubber pieces go in the holes where the toilet seat bolts are placed. Not under it. The directions are not specific, and YouTube does not have a good video on how to install correctly.

The product is a perfect example of "you get what you pay for"—it's an absolute piece of junk, and this purchase is regretted. Cheap, flimsy materials: The plastic used for the seat and lid is incredibly thin and feels like it will crack at any moment. It creaks and shifts under the slightest movement, which is unsettling and makes the whole thing feel unstable. The controls are made of the same shoddy plastic, and the buttons feel loose and unresponsive. Excruciatingly uncomfortable design: The most egregious flaw is the shape of the seat itself. It's oddly contoured with a very small opening, forcing users into an unnatural and painful sitting position. The hump at the back, meant to accommodate the spray mechanism, pushes uncomfortably into the back, and it's impossible to sit on for more than a few minutes without feeling a sharp ache. If you have an elongated toilet, the seat doesn't fit properly, leaving a gap that makes it feel even more unstable. Unsatisfactory cleaning performance: To top it off, the bidet function is terrible. The water pressure is weak and inconsistent, and the spray nozzle is poorly aimed, requiring you to shift and contort just to get a weak, inefficient cleaning. Users end up having to use toilet paper anyway, which defeats the entire purpose of a bidet. Save money and sanity. Do not buy this product. It's a cheap, uncomfortable, and ineffective imitation of a real bidet seat.

Never had a bidet before, love this one. Easy to use, nice warm seat. Cleans like it should!! This company is amazing, we lost the remote control, went out with the garbage, they quickly got back to me and said they would replace it for free. Unfortunately the new one wouldn’t pare with our bidet. They are now sending a whole new bidet at no cost to us. They are so very accommodating, quick to respond and so very nice to deal with. Highly recommend.

This bidet attachment for your existing toilet is awesome! I’ve never had one before. It has several spray patterns and you can adjust the water pressure and temperature. Makes toilet paper unnecessary 95% of the time. Pros: works great Excellent customer service Inexpensive Looks nice. Customer service . My remote quit working after two weeks (there is control on seat too, so it still worked) I emailed the seller and he sent a new remote immediately. It didn’t work either, so I emailed again. We trouble shot it, and the remote had become unpaired. The instructions weren’t clear on pairing. You have to unplug toilet for 30 seconds and then pair. Seller always responded within 24 hours and fixing issues was his priority. Cons: the tank and spray mechanism take up about 20% of seat surface. If you’re a big guy like me, it’s kinda crowded on the front side. Definitely need an oblong bowl You have to have a wall outlet very close by, like within a foot of toilet, or else use an extension cord.

This is great, I have to get a bidet with a remote control and a dryer.

Life changer. Completely recommend this product.

Hole is small and the water pressure has one setting and is pretty weak.
