fits both my epi pens and migraine injection, my inhaler and some allergy pills. has spot to put a medical card and multiple ways to carry it. it's sturdy. A+

While you put your items that need to be cooled in the right side, the left side pockets are both very small. I've bought two different brands of these on amazon, and alas this one, the top left pocket isn't the full length of the case so you can't fit a necessary gel cooling strip in it. You don't want to put ice/frozen gel packs against your insulin pens loose in the case. For comparison, the YOUSHARES Insulin Travel Case which does have the full length pocket for an ice/gel pack
