These three are non-negotiables in my health routine. Everything else (Shilajit, Rhodiola Rosea, Cordyceps, Panax Ginseng, Stinging Nettle) feels like a bonus — but a well-researched one. 🔹 Trust building It came fully sealed just like a prescription would so you know it hasn't been tampered with. I appreciate the full transparency of ingredients. That kind of trust-building goes a long way, especially in the supplement world. 🧠 Early Results I've been taking this for over a week now and I have definitely noticed I have noticed I'm not getting as much of a late morning crash. However, the MOST difference I've noticed that I'm happy about is it helping me become more "regular." I really struggle with constipation and this seems to be helping with that. I love the product. The price of this order was excellent, but the bottle size was actually close to half the size I was used to getting. SO it was not a good deal at all I would have much preferred the two of the full-sized bottles.

Shilajit is one of those natural products that is highly prone to adulteration, which is a nice way of saying that in the best case it's literally tar picked up off the ground from a few special mountains, and also there's no way for you to know as a consumer if what you bought actually was from one of those mountains. So I usually don't order it unless it's branded/standardized or I really trust the manufacturer. Just for giggles, and because I had already ordered another product from this manufacturer, I made an exception in this case. I've been taking it for about three weeks. It seems to be going fine subjectively, by which I mean I credit it with providing increased energy and boosting my sense of well-being, and it hasn't caused any obvious problems with other parts of my supplement stack. The effects aren't huge, but it's in the range of what I expect from having taken shilajit in the past. As another reviewer said, the non-shilajit ingredients are nice to have, but their dosages are on the low side and they probably won't do anything specific. As an aside, I'll mention that ashwagandha can anecdotally cause physical dependence after extended use, but to be fair the likelihood would be lower in the quantity provided by this supplement. I had a positive experience so I'm giving full stars. Despite that, I'm recommending this particular shilajit supplement with the stipulation that its provenance isn't as well-established as I'd like.
