Quality cream and has worked wonders on my skin and the scent is great too.

I have suffered from atopic eczema my whole life and have had to learn to cope with it. It’s important to keep the skin well moisturised but inevitably on occasion it will become irritated and despite my best effort not to, I will scratch it red and raw at which point it will need a steroid cream to help it heal. To help minimise the use of steroid cream it’s useful to always have a special kind of a cream on hand to stop the initial itch before it gets worse. In the past I have used itch relief creams. This is something new to try which contains seaweed extracts which research has shown to have anti-inflammatory effects. Comes in a hygienically foil sealed plastic squeezable tube. The cream is richly moisturising and I’m guessing it’s the seaweed that gives its distinctive brown colour. I’m surprised how strongly perfumed it is. It doesn’t contain artificial perfume but is fragranced with Ylang Ylang essential oil. Essential oils are natural but still have the potential to irritate, I would have preferred if they had left this out even if without the product has its own odd natural smell. I don’t have any active eczema to really test this out on at the moment. I’ve rubbed a little on the back of my neck where my collar has been rubbing and irritating all day. Is very rich, only need a little. The 25ml tube is very expensive but becomes more cost effective with the larger sized tubes. Something new to add your arsenal to fight inflammatory skin conditions.

I was really hoping this cream would live up to the claims, but sadly for me it didn't. I have rosacea, and I was hoping it would help calm my red skin, but it didn't really do anything. It's a thick consistency and has tiny little brown specks in it; I'm assuming that might be the kelp? It has a weird consistency to it; when you first apply the cream, it seems to pill up on my skin; however, the more you rub it in, the more evenly it will start to spread. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I haven't seen any difference at all.

This is a review of 'Dermikelp® Acute Soothing Cream – Fast-Acting Care for Sensitive, Itchy Skin – Improves the Appearance of Redness – Dermatologist-Tested with Natural Active Ingredient (25 g (Pack of 1)'. This is a skin soothing cream for irritated skin. I have acne and this often results in inflamed skin. I was concerned that this would cause breakouts as kelp is known to be comedogenic, however it doesn't seem to have worsened the acne, which is good. It does quickly bring down inflammation and stop itching, which is great. It's only a small tube, and you sometimes need to reapply a lot, so I don't know if it would last that long. The price is good considering it's a unique product. Overall this is a nice product and I'll keep using it.

The Dermikelp® Acute Soothing Cream for Sensitive, Irritated Skin arrived as described and looks just like the photos advertised. I had high hopes for this product but after reading the ingredient list I see it has some irritation plant extracts and not many “soothing” ingredients. I got this for some rashes on my arms, this product actually nipped my skin when I applied it. I thought it would be better than SudoCream but sadly it’s not. I would not recommend!

Hatte einen schlimmen Ausschlag, nach Duschen im Ausland, unter den Achseln bekommen. Ich war x Mal beim Hautarzt bei uns, viel Zeit und Geld da gelassen, ohne irgendeine Besserung, max. etwas Linderung. Irgendwann hat mir ein Apotheker im Ausland diese Creme empfohlen, da es nicht schlimmer werden konnte, habe ich sie gekauft. Genau 1x dick aufgetragen und über Nacht wirken lassen. Am nächsten Tag nichts mehr vom Ausschlag zu erkennen. Die Konsistenz ist nicht so wie man es gewohnt ist und man kann es schlecht Tagsüber verwenden, wenn man nicht gerade zuhause ist. Durch die Dickflüssigkeit des Produkts lässt es sich schlecht einmassieren und zieht entsprechend schlecht ein. Das ist unter umständen ein Kritikpunkt. Jedoch ist es ein chemiefreies Naturprodukt, da nehme ich das auch gern hin, die Ergebnisse sprechen für sich, zumindest in meinem Fall.

Die Creme hält hier wirklich was sie verspricht "Schnelle Hilfe bei empfindlicher und juckender Haut". Die Creme fühlt sich angenehm an, hat einen leichten Zitrusduft und ist von den Inhaltsstoffen her auch in Ordnung. An Hautstellen die zu Neurodermitis neigen, hat sie mir sehr geholfen.

Ich habe die Dermikelp Beruhigungscreme bestellt, weil ich öfter unter Neurodermitis an den Händen leide und bisher noch kein Produkt gefunden habe, das das Problem nachhaltig lösen konnte. Kortison will ich vermeiden, deshalb wollte ich es mit dieser Creme auf einen Versuch ankommen lassen. Ich bekomme an den Händen wegen der Neurodermitis immer wieder kleine offene Stellen, die dann furchtbar jucken und / oder sich gerne mal entzünden, dazu kommen trockene und raue Stellen vor Allem zwischen den Fingern. Die Dermikelp Creme verwende ich jetzt seit knapp 2 Wochen täglich. Morgens und abends vor dem Schlafengehen sowie zwischendurch, nachdem ich Händewaschen musste. Ich muss sagen, diese Creme hilft wirklich außerordentlich gut! Momentan sind alle neurodermitischen Stellen an meinen Händen verschwunden, was mich extrem glücklich macht :-)) Endlich kann ich anderen Leuten gedankenlos die Hände schütteln und bin diese schrecklichen beißenden Juckanfälle los und muss kein Kortison mehr nehmen! Von daher absolut verdiente 5 Sterne für die Dermikelp Creme! Sie hat nicht nur meine Neurodermitis verschwinden lassen, sondern pflegt die Haut auch schön weich und glatt. Als Hauptwirkstoff ist ein Extrakt aus einer bestimmten Alge enthalten, dazu kommen weitere Inhaltsstoffe aus der Natur. Als Salbengrundlage wird Paraffin verwendet; das gefällt mir nicht so gut, da ich erdölbasierte Stoffe grundsätzlich meide - meine Apothekerin meinte allerdings, dass Paraffin oft für Hautprobleme verwendet wird, weil es neutral ist und im Gegensatz zu pflanzlichen Salbengrundlagen kein Allergiepotential hat. Ich ziehe deshalb ausdrücklich keinen Stern ab, auch wenn mir der Inhaltsstoff nicht gefällt. Er tut jedenfalls, was er soll und die Dermikelp Creme ist für mich ein wirklich ganz herausragendes Produkt, das ansonsten naturbasiert ist. Der Geruch ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, eine seltsame Mischung aus holzig-würziger Meeresbrise; er verfliegt aber recht schnell ;-) Produziert wird die Creme in Südafrika. Von mir auf jeden Fall volle 5 Sterne. Wer Neurodermitis hat und wahrscheinlich schon viele Produkte und einen langen Leidensweg durch hat, kann es hier auf jeden Fall auf einen Versuch ankommen lassen. Mir hat sie definitiv geholfen.

Als jemand, der regelmäßig unter Hitze- und Sonnenausschlag leidet, bin ich so froh, diese Creme gefunden zu haben! 🌟 Die Dermikelp Beruhigungscreme wirkt bei mir quasi sofort und lindert das lästige Jucken umgehend. Die schnelle Wirkung hat mich wirklich beeindruckt. Die Textur der Creme ist angenehm und lässt sich gut verteilen. Dass sie frei von Steroiden und künstlichen Zusätzen ist, war für mich ein wichtiges Kaufargument. Die etwas ungewöhnliche Farbe der Creme mag zunächst überraschen, aber das liegt an den natürlichen Inhaltsstoffen - für mich ein kleiner Preis für die tolle Wirkung! 😊 Besonders positiv finde ich, dass die Creme dermatologisch getestet ist und von der ganzen Familie verwendet werden kann. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist absolut fair, wenn man bedenkt, wie effektiv das Produkt ist. Kann ich jedem empfehlen, der unter Hautreizungen oder Juckreiz leidet! 💚

While I know this is very subjective and very much depends on the user, unfortunately this cream doesn't ameliorate my eczema very much. While in the beginning it seemed to be working and the redness on my face started to disappear, after a few days the redness settled to a not good, not bad state. It is better as without any cream, but not as good as the results I had with other creams. Although it is quite unusual, I find the scent of the cream to be quite pleasant. The cream itself is more liquid than thick and, because of the gib hole in the tube, it is quite easy to pour too much.
