It has options that way it is strapped for belt size, mounting height, etc. The only issue I ever have with it being away from my body is if I sit in a narrow seat and it catches on the arm when I am moving to sit down. The picture doesn't show it.** A: There are two long vertical web straps about an inch thick in width and runs about 3/4 inch short of the length of the holster with button snaps that secure them to the holster. This is designed to go underneath your belt and snaps in place to secure it. It works great. It's secure and the snaps are tight enough to keep it secure but not too tight where it would be a pain to remove.
