Efficace
Testé ce matin pour un petit footing de 22km, le goût n'est pas écœurant, pas de soucis digestif (pas pris de déjeuner avant de partir !), donne un petit coup de boost ! Mis 60g dans 750ml d'eau. Pour une première utilisation j'en suis pleinement satisfait, à voir par la suite lors de mes différentes courses/trails. Je n'ai pas trouvé la cuillère doseuse, elle doit probablement être dans le fond du paquet. Perso je recommande.

Sehr zu empfehlen - Lecker, löst sich sehr gut auf
Für mich das Beste Elektrolyt. Hatte früher öfters Kopfschmerzen nach dem Biken oder Joggen. Bei einer Ausfahrt im Pfälzer Wald hat mir ein Tourguide das Isostar Elektrolyt empfohlen. Seither habe ich nach dem Sport keine Kopfschmerzen und keine Krämpfe mehr. Beim biken etwas Pulver in die Flasche. Beim Laufen direkt danach ein großes Glas mit Pulver trinken. Schmeckt lecker und löst sich sehr gut auf.
