Delicious & Spicy
I love a good Chimichurri and this is good! It's fragrant, warm and spicy with plenty of flavour. I mixed mine with some decent olive oil and dipped my steak in it

Far too salty
I might have been unlucky with the batch, but it was so salty that it was not edible when made as a chimichurri sauce. Maybe it's more designed to be a dry rub, but definitely not as a sauce. The packaging was very good which is why I gave a second star and not just one.

Years ago we were able to find a very tasty. ready-made chimichurri sauce from Argentina in a local food co-op, but the item was eventually dropped, for whatever reason, and the other brands of (non-imported) bottled sauce we then tried just didn't measure up. This mix, however, does, checking all the flavor and aroma boxes of the stuff we loved but could no longer get. A plus is that it is in dried form, so it's easier to store without going stale or rancid, ready to whip up a batch of tasty sauce in a few minutes.
