Delivery was poor. Took over 3 weeks to arrive. Maybe that was unlucky.... When I opened it, didn’t turn on. Plugged it in, works ok. Won’t charge, tried several cables. Feels very light compared to similar products I've since bought, most likely no battery in it. Will only work when plugged in which is the same problem other people seem to be having. Will return or put in the bin.

The UK version of the item is unbranded; the box and the Cupper does not have REVO marked on the product. Whilst it does work, and you could use it on larger/stronger muscle groups - because even the lower-level suction is quite strong. It has some defects, the quick release button does not work properly, and you have to keep pressing and the digital display it does not have numbers that count down from 20 alike the video. The other buttons do work to increase the suction and red light/heat - so you could wangle it/muddle along. Most of the positive reviews are from the USA. The item did arrive quickly, and it can be used despite the drawbacks. I can only give it two stars as it is not as described... :-(

This is a great product and excited to continue using it and to see the benefits. I really like how easy it is to use. As easy as pressing a button or two and this does the rest. From automatically creating the cupping suction, as well as heat and red light therapy all in one. This has been great for aches and pains after a workout. After using this on my back, the aches were less noticeable. As I get older, I notice more aches and pains. As far as trying to continue to get into shape/stay in shape, this should be a gamechanger. With this being a recent purchase, I have just started to being to use it. So far it has been great in helping my back feel better. That is where I have the most pain. This help it feel so much better afterwards. I really like that it combines red light therapy and heat. Both of these are very helpful in the healing/recovery process. This is very easy to use and store. With it being a small handheld cupping device. For what you get at the price, I definitely recommend. With it being a recent purchase, the quality seems great and hope to use for years to come.

this is not the device as in the description. the display does not display any digits. it is without a brand. I see in other companies and the display works well, I do not have it.
