The controls work better than expected
The headphones are extremely a great quality, they sound amazing. The stay aware mode is so good and the battery life is amazing too I haven’t charged it since I got it. But the controls on the headphones are game changing because I could change the volume and change the song without even touching my phone, also it connects to my phone immediately and the button to connect to Spotify works automatically. And the headphones fit perfectly. Recommend for sure 5⭐️

Great sound, insane battery, and perfect for daily use
I’ve been using these Skullcandy Icon ANC headphones daily, and honestly — they deliver way more than I expected. The sound is clean, with punchy bass and clear highs, perfect for music, podcasts, or even calls. The Active Noise Cancelling (ANC) works really well. It blocks out background noise without making you feel completely isolated. Great for staying focused when I’m working or at the gym. The battery life is a beast — I’ve gone several days without charging, and they just keep going. Skullcandy says 60 hours, and I believe it. They’re super comfortable for long sessions, and the on-ear design is surprisingly light. Plus, they fold up easily and feel really durable. I also appreciate the sweat and water resistance — I’ve used them during workouts with no issues at all. If you’re looking for wireless headphones that are reliable, sound great, and don’t die on you midweek, these are totally worth it. Battery life is solid and the Bluetooth connection is fast and stable. For the price, you really can’t go wrong. Totally recommended.

Amazing headphones
Love the look & feel of these headphones the sound quality is amazing it sounds even better with the skullcandy app and the battery is long lasting. At first I didn't think it would fit over my head at first glance but it fits perfectly im impressed with the flexibility of the headphones its also really comfortable on the ears.

Honestly not bad. Not a lot of bass tho
Sound is clear and clean but I wish it had a bit better bass. Controls are easy to use and feel. Tactical feedback is nice. It can pair to multiple devices at a time which is nice but you have to stop using one in order to get sound from the other but honestly I could live with that. Unless youre trying to multitask on multiple devices it shouldn't really be a deal breaker. The fit is a little smaller than what id prefer so if you have a smaller head, these are perfect. The design is actually pretty nice and the material is well made, honestly better looking and well made than most headphones at this price. Its also nice that it gives you the percentage of the battery when turned on so that way you know how much life youre getting per use. 7-8/10 in my opinion. Update: found out that the skullcandy app allows for EQ adjusting so that immediately made it better in terms of sound quality.

Reluctant...Turned out to be a win
Great headphones. Great sound. I work out hard every day, sweat a lot and the headphones keep going. Battery life is excellent. Controls are so much better than my previous headphones which I loved.

I wanted to love these but they didn't last or keep a BT connection well.
I wanted to love these. I bought them in January as my daily commuters/school headphones, and I've had connection problems since day one, even using the app. I've never spent this much on a pair of headphones to wear outside of the home- it's easy to lose, damage, get them stolen, etc. They have a subtle design that is less attention-grabbing, and they fold down very compact. Fit is terrible; sound quality while both ears worked was incredible, and battery life remains insane. They aren't trash yet, but only one ear works, and I take so long trying to fix a connection before a walk that I just give up and grab a backup pair.

Perfect for Neurodivergent kiddo!
Daughter has sensory processing disorder and these help so much! She can tune out sounds that bother her in crowded indoor spaces and she also uses them in the car when little brother gets cranky. Easily adjustable and lasts a long time! Definitely worth the money!

I choose to wear these every day. I also actively hate them. Here’s why.
I am a nearly 24/7 headphones user, and it turns out I have a lot of specific needs as a result. These headphones meet some of them, and deeply do not meet others. Pros: •the battery life truly is astonishing. I genuinely use my headphones for 12+ hours a day, usually streaming videos, and usually charge them every-other-day, but sometimes only every third day. And it usually only takes maybe 10-15 minutes of charging to get a full day’s battery in them if you’re really in need. That’s not a full charge, but at least enough to use for the rest of the day before plugging them in while I sleep or something. •the sound quality is PHENOMENAL. For either music or for videos, everything sounds full and rich, and it’s easy to hear and understand even spoken word that’s been sped up 2x. You can’t imagine how many headphones get sound quality wrong, but SkullCandy has absolutely gotten it right in this case. •I typically hate and avoid ANC because I usually hear the white noise that’s being pumped in and it drives me into a frothing, overstimulated fury. This is the first time I’ve ever experienced ANC that I genuinely didn’t know was on because it was undetectable. As a note, the ANC will automatically turn on every time the device is powered up from the off state and you must double-press the power button to disable it. This is important to know because I almost disqualified these as being daily headphones at first because they made “everything sounds weird and muffled, even my own voice” outside. Which means it’s not 100% noise cancelling since you CAN still hear quite a bit if nothing’s playing, but it’s a shockingly good ANC option if you normally hate ANC. •the passive noise-dampening is really strong. I have hyperacusis and misophonia and these headphones naturally dampen sounds enough that I’m not as affected by the outside world as I normally would be. If anything, they actually dampen sounds enough TOO much (with ANC turned off), because I find I need outer sounds to be louder in order to hear them well. This is a confusing scenario for me because I can usually hear quiet things like they’re shouted into my brain, so… I guess this is a positive? Though I also view it as a slight negative. •the only buttons are an on/off/action button, and the toggle. It’s very important to me to be able to easily access the controls of my headphones without having to fumble around for the play/pause feature, and having everything bundled into the toggle is very easy and convenient. But it’s also extremely flawed and I’ll address that in the cons section. •they aren’t hot at all. Super important if you’re prone to overheating—which I am—so I really appreciate this fact. Cons: •these are EXTREMELY uncomfortable. I have glasses, and I have ear piercings. These have been my daily headphones for months and I’ve done absolutely everything I can to stretch out and loosen the band so it’s not squeezing my head like a vise grip. It’s been a pretty fruitless effort and I’ve had to essentially purchase accessory after accessory to solve the pain. I had to buy basically metal fairy ear cuffs to make a solid barrier between my ears and the headphones so they couldn’t squeeze my actual ear. Now that my cartilage is caged in and protected by metal, it’s a little bit better but not great. I also had to get some long, knitted tubes for my glasses arms to soften the pressure applied to the backs of my ears from how tight they squeeze me to them. It was about the time I started looking at additional ear cuffs to protect the small bits of my ears that are still exposed to the headphone vise that I realized… I really kind of hate these headphones. As they continue to hurt me over the course of the day, I get more and more overstimulated and angry. This is not acceptable for me at all. •the toggle, revisited. As mentioned, the toggle control is super cool and a really great way of making everything easy to operate… except it’s at such a weird, downward angle that the toggle is constantly getting flicked or activated by brushing my head against the headrest of my chair, or shrugging my shoulders, or using a neck pillow to support some messed up joints. I’m also narcoleptic and frequently fall asleep involuntarily with these on, only to panic when I wake and think they’ve suddenly stopped working. Nope, you’d think with how many times it’s happened I’d realize by now… but the volume down toggle will frequently get activated and just be fully at zero volume by the time I wake up. Or I’ll wake up and find that even though I paused what I was listening to right before passing out, the toggle will have either moved to a completely different video/song, or resumed playing even if I didn’t want it to. All of this could be avoided if the toggle was front-facing instead of at the back of the headphones, but… well… here we are. Super frustrating. Especially since it’s SUCH a good control system!! •if you use pass-through ANC… don’t. I tried it a couple of times out of curiosity, and because the natural passive dampening of these headphones isn’t 100%, you can still hear the outside world. Which makes it super annoying when there’s a noticeable delay in the pass-through audio because you get to hear everything twice. It’s not such a HUGE delay that you’d be likely to get completely speech jammed, but… you might. I didn’t want the ANC features to begin with, so this isn’t such a big deal to me… but I assume at least some of y’all would like to know this. •there are a lot of tight areas around the cups themselves that seem to snag and hold onto my hair and I usually lose a couple strands while taking the headphones off. This is just… a really weird problem to have with headphones. Despite the fact that, truly, I have come to hate the headphones… they are currently my daily drivers. Why? Because I have yet to find anything presently available that doesn’t run hot, is comfortable, has decent sound quality without video lag, and has buttons I can easily access without having to fumble incorrectly while half-asleep. I really need to be able to hit play/pause quickly, and too many headphones now keep those controls smashed tightly together. My previous daily drivers were the SkullCandy Uproar wireless headphones, and they were literally perfect… but mine are disintegrating, and old enough that the battery life is diminished. They’re also, sadly, discontinued. Which means I’m kind of stuck with these Icon’s until I find something better… which is turning out to be a whole saga because I’ve seriously tried nearly a dozen other headphones that are just functionally inadequately. These icons, at least, function fabulously for my needs… they’re just mostly awful to actually wear. So… do with this information what you will.

Great Value with Impressive Battery Life and Customizable Sound
I've been using these headphones for a few weeks now, and they offer excellent value for their price point. The standout feature is the impressive battery life—up to 60 hours with ANC off and around 50 hours with ANC on. A quick 10-minute charge provides about 4 hours of playback, which is incredibly convenient. The sound quality is well-balanced, with clear mids and highs, and a decent bass response. While the bass isn't as pronounced as some might prefer, the app allows for customizable EQ settings to tailor the sound to your liking. The active noise cancellation is effective for reducing ambient noise, making them suitable for commuting or working in noisy environments. The adjustable Stay-Aware mode is a thoughtful addition, allowing you to stay connected to your surroundings when needed. Comfort-wise, they are lightweight and have a secure fit. Some users might find the on-ear design a bit snug initially, but they tend to adjust over time. Overall, these headphones deliver solid performance with features typically found in higher-priced models. If you're looking for reliable headphones with long battery life and customizable sound, these are a great choice.
