Vitaferrin – Triple Action Immune Supplement Colostrum Lactoferrin, Zinc & Vitamin C, Immunity Supplement, 30 Capsules

These are the only multivitamins I’ve had that actually seem to work - been taking them since December, avoided all the usual bugs and colds I usually get that time of year. We’ve got them on a subscription so we don’t forget and run out.

Good quality product but expensive. It’s not a big enough supply to actually get results from lactoferrin (if you get any at all), and if you were to buy loads of months worth, it would cost loads.

I take as soon as I feel a cold coming on and it seems to nip it in the bud!

I only tried it once but didn't seem to have a good reaction to it. I have poor digestion at the moment and it seemed to make it worse. I didn't see any benefits but then it's not reasonable to expect that in one day. I didn't have any trouble taking or swallowing the capsule as it's average size, but I'm not keen to try it again. It may well be completely different for you.

It gives a huge boost to my immune system. I didn’t catch a cold while everyone in the house was sick, coughing, sneezing. I’m happy with its effectiveness. It never smells. If you use supplements daily you’ll find the size of the pills are very easy to take.
