Replacement for one that had failed after 4years if use. Easily installed and more advanced as it doesn’t loose its setting when switched off

Encouraged by another review, got this to replace a different model which (as others have found) stopped working within 2 years. fitting was ok but needed to use the inlet via the tap not direct. This unit is slightly noisier when it reheats but is quicker to dispense and has a better style and form. The prof will be in 2 years but so far really pleased.

Our Reginox tank stopped working, and we replaced it with this. This one is much better. Very quiet and smoother water pressure. We’re very impressed.

Bought for may parents last month and with work etc I couldn't get to it until today. Connected it up to a brand new inline water filter and lo and behold it immediately started leaking out the casing - good job I hadnt turned it on or I'd be covered in boiling water because it came jetting out in a very unsafe manner. Can't take the casing off to see what's leaking because it will void the 2 year warranty. Property has 3.6 bar so well within the specified 1.5-5 bar tolerance stated in the manual and as I said its fed from an inline water filter which was also specified in the manual. So far not safe, non functional and bad value for money. I've contacted them ref their 2year warranty so we'll see what they say and I'll post an update here when they do, let's hope their customer service can turn this into a better experience. The seller contacted me the day after I posted the initial review, I was hopeful this would be resolved but its been almost a month now and they're clearly not interested in anything other than getting this review removed. Had they offered a refund or at the very least a replacement I'd have changed the review to reflect, but they just ask the same questions over and try to make out as if its not plumbed in correctly. Ive since had a plumber come out who verified the plumbing is right and ive bought a different unit from a well known reputable plumbing merchant. Terrible after sales experience!

What set at 98 but 90% of time you are getting 95degrees required to have a hot coffee . We have had hot taps for over 20 years

Bought this to replace an old failed tank (a Swirl-branded one from Screwfix). This seems to work well so far, it's quieter when heating than the old tank and also the hot water seems to flow a bit quicker. A key feature we wanted was the auto power-on, as we live in a rural area with occasional brief power cuts; our old tank would always default to off after any power interruption which was a pain! I subtracted a star because the hot and cold connectors were noticeably misaligned on delivery (see photo), as if the unit had been dropped on its top. I decided to risk using it and so far it seems OK with no sign of leakage, but it's a bit worrying.

Easy to fit with universal fittings . Very pleased . One downside is my previous one showed actual and desired temperature, this only shows desired temperature , but screen shows rotating circle when element is operating. Edit . I had a problem less than six months later . After dealing with a Tech guy at Yamataro over WhatsApp and trying several things with no luck , I was sent a new item which I received less than 24 hours after being promised it. Fantastic service.
