Pockets for my phone, my Kindle, cough drops, tissues, lip gloss - all the little things I need frequently at my disposal. No bending down to dig through my purse a million times on a six hour flight. Once before I bought a similar vest to wear around the house, and I followed Amazon's suggestion on the sizing. That thing is huge! I kept it because slouching around the house, who cares? This time I used the size chart provided by the company, and the sizing is perfect. Asian sizes tend to run smaller, so basically a tag marked as XL is what we in the US would consider medium. Lots of pockets on the outside with zippers or velcro closures, two large pockets on the inside, both zippered.
