4Pcs Y-Style Shirt Stays

I am a 6 foot 1” tall male, of a normal weight, who’s struggled my entire life to keep standard length shirts tucked in. Some shirts were so troublesome, to keep tucked-in, that they could contribute to poor self confidence. These shirt stays do their job fantastically. The material is strong and elastic, the stitching is immaculate, and has no frayed or loose material, the clips are low-profile, and teeth are properly rounded to prevent fabric damage to your socks and shirt while still gripping. Best of all, the feeling of the clamps is distinct enough that you can slip a finger under them through your clothes and unclip them without undressing, but they don't accidentally come undone. Since the day my shirt stays arrived, it has literally been life changing. Now my shirts stay tucked in an entire working day and also stay much straighter than before. Very comfortable too, and my skin is quite sensitive. Highly, highly recommended. Could also be useful for men who have body image issues - as these stays will remove the artificial appearance of extra weight that baggy shirts can bring on.

I have to say, these do exactly what they say they do. They have kept my shirt nice and tucked in my pants while i work for hours. I walk around the whole time while working and these have never come undone so that's amazing. The metal hooks that attach to the socks and the shirt tend to some times rub on my skin and scratch a little but it hasn't left behind any rashes or wounds so far so i'm pretty happy overall. I just wish they'd done something to improve the comfort of the little metal hooks.

Really good product holds down your shirt makes you look a lot more professional

There's no issue with the product itself per se, grips are strong and it's as described. Can't speak to longevity but i'm pretty sure it would hold through most activity based on first impressions, having given it a quick test. Main issue for me is that, middle age, "dad bod" mini spare tyre aside, I'm tall and lanky all over. I'm still a 32 waist (just!) and that's the widest part of me. As a result I tend to wear slim fit trousers and shirts (shape wear vest allows me to get away with the shirt lol). Problem this raises is that the straps do not cling to my leg due to their slight and when I take a step or apply tension to my legs, the strap up the side of these tenses and is visible through my trousers as they suddenly extend to an unnatural width. I imagine if you wear loose fit trousers, or have some girth to your legs so the item is close against them anyway, then there's no real issue. Thankfully I also ordered garter holder style ones that go on each thigh at the same time as these and there's no such issue so I'll keep them and return these.

Very helpful for keeping your shirt tucked. I recommend highly for guys with muscular legs and hips like me because when we wear tucked shirts, they often come untucked because of the shifting of the shirt fabric. These are comfortable to wear, minimal rubbing on the legs. The securing mechanism is great, in normal movement, it does not come undone; just don't run any Marathons with this.#2, you have to detach it from your socks, but once you wear this enough, you get used to it, and you realize that it really isn't that bad because you're going to have a perfectly tucked shirt. I saw this product in a Teaching Men's Fashion video, and the way he pitched it, I do not disagree with at all. I love this product and I definitely recommend to any man whose shirts just can't stay tucked, or for a man whose shirts go untucked because of movement that is required by their job. This product is what's called a "shirt-stay", and is a staple of military uniforms. This makes complete sense now because those in the military need to look proper while they are constantly moving. They cannot stop and tuck in their shirt every 5 minutes, so they use a shirt stay and believe me, IT WORKS WONDERS. I love this product, and it would be a great gift idea for a man or woman in your life who needs to keep their shirt tucked.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Great for fitting - buckle on the bottom of the Y can sometimes chafe.

I ordered these with the idea of wearing them for work. I have always suffered with issues when it comes to shirts, they are never long enough and ride up. When I initially put these on they were great, they felt comfortable and held my shirt nicely. The problems started as I hopped into the car, I felt 1 clip ping, ok that can be sorted when I get to work by the time I got to work another had pinged, starting to feel slightly concern. I popped in the toilets to fix the situation and found that the plastic jaw on the clamp piece was broke on 3 of the hold downs, 2 had popped off completely 1 was shredding while barely still attached and had torn into my shirt, so I was stuck then until my break, I then had to quickly go home and change my shirt. Not impressed by this product

Tengo un trabajo que requiere que, por interés personal, lleve la camisa recta. Estos me parecen mucho más cómodos que los que se atan a la pierna. Se pueden ajustar y rara vez se resbala la camisa por los dientes de los clips. Llevo con ellos casi un año y siguen funcionando bien. Los uso de manera diaria y solo tengo un par. 100% recomendable.
