My Forever Go To
This is one of those “made in Florida” products your local grocery store gets you hooked on, then for some crazy reason just discontinues it! This is BY FAR my favorite blackening rub for anything. Just the right amount of heat with fantastic flavor. No need to try anything else. You just can’t improve on this one. Incredible on salmon, pork ribs, chicken, you name it.

Everglades heat is a classic south Florida slightly smoky and spicy seasoning
If you want something with just a hint of smoke and still spicy, that goes good on seafood and chicken, this is it. It is a unique take on that flavor, palette, and definitely wanted to add to your kitchen cooking rack.. it also does well on grilled steaks if you want something different than your normal steakhouse type of seasoning. It’s a good value for the money and has lots of flavor..

Great Flavor with Limited Heat
I have been using Everglades Heat for years and love it's flavor. Not overpowering heat, but enhanced flavor when spice is needed. I supplement dry rub for ribs, chicken and Brisket when smoking, and add a dash to soups and stews for added flavor.

It’s so hard to find this product where I live. So I was pleased to see it offered on Amazon. The flavor and seasoning is amazing! It’ll spice up any dish or meat. A little goes a long way so that maes it a great value.

Great on everything
This seasoning is amazing and not really spicy. It's hard to find in my local Publix and Winn Dixie stores so I was glad to find it here on Amazon.

Love this stuff
First got this after moving to FL 25 years ago. I have had it in my cabinet ever since. Sometimes hard to find the ‘Heat’ version in stores. You can put this on anything. Spicy but not hot, just right.

Just the Spice for a Little Heat
Have used this for a long time and my husband and I love it. Thanks to Amazon, we can still get it!! Adds just that little bit of hot spice you need. We use it on all of our meats!!
