It’s the best smelling deodorant I’ve ever used. Smells like a high quality cologne. Very good naturals used to make the fragrance. Zero skin irritation. Blocks sweat while it’s on. Works well enough. It’s 100% naturals so it doesn’t last long at all. That stinks but all full naturals have horrible longevity. You get what you ask for. I use ALOT of deodorant and since this is full naturals I knew it would be bad. One stick lasts me like a week because I constantly reapply when it stops working which is about 4 hours after initial application. If you’re looking for full naturals that’s what you will get. If you get better then the company is fooling you. I knew what I was getting when I ordered this so I was not unpleasantly surprised. For what it is, it’s a 5/5. But if you don’t know what it is you’re buying then look elsewhere because the natural stuff won’t get you what you want.

I use Viking Revolution beard care products and have for years. I like the scents they offer because they aren’t overbearing and last all day. I used to use unscented products because I would get a headache from the scents until I tried Viking Revolution. That being said I was very disappointed in the deodorant. For the longest time I have used Dr. Squatch body wash and deodorant because of their all natural components and outdoors scents. When I noticed VR started offering deodorant I figured I would give it a shot. Why not have all my hygiene care products from the same place, right? Well, they showed up and the scents were great. I purchased Sandalwood and Sweet Tobacco. The scents were the same as my beard balm and I loved them. I am a kitchen manager in a high traffic restaurant. I would notice at the end of the day that I was getting a little ripe. Those were 10-11hr days. Today was my “half day”. I went in at 4 and was out by 9. I smell like I was back in the oilfield pulling 12-14 hour days in 120° heat where no deodorant stood a chance. Unacceptable when I can use Dr. Squatch and still smell as fresh afterwork as I did when I put it on before work. Their beard care, from what I have used, is top notch and I wouldn’t use anything else. This, however, needs more work done to be a good purchase.

Loved the way it came. Smell is very mild. I work outside for 10-12 hours a day and by 1 o’clock it smelt like the deodorant was doing nothing. If you work indoors it would probably be wonderful but for someone out side majority/all day I would pass. -side note the shampoo and conditioner are amazing and still use them daily.

I don't know why there is so many negative reviews on this products container....which is genuinely unique, paper based, compostable. I would recommend to the manufacturer to make in the same form factor as traditional anti perspirants/deodorants (same oval size). The product itself, smells like it uses a significant amount of tea tree which is a natural antibacterial/antimicrobial which causes odor.

Product is great. Cardboard packaging not so much. I'm all for reducing waste but....it just falls apart to easily. Deodorant actually fell off after first use

Couldn’t decide on the number of stars to give. Product smells great so I might try their beard stuff, but the effectiveness is terrible, I start to stink less than an hour or so after putting this on. Plus, the container it comes in is a pain to use.

The product itself is fairly good. However, it is the packaging which is why I am giving a poor review. I believe it is due to the cardboard/paper material. Not only could I not open it (I had to run a knife around the bottom seam), but it remains almost impossible to open. One would expect the lid to just slide off and expose the product, but no. It requires a GREAT deal of force and manipulation. What is worse is when the lid does finally come off, the suction causes the WHOLE deodorant stick to eject. It made a horrible mess and much of crumbled when it fell out. After several attempts at using the product, the same situation happened. I gave up cleaning up mess from smashed deodorant all over my bathroom counter and threw it in the trash. Vikin Revolution: please create better packaging!!

I read the reviews and I don't understand how people dislike this product. I just ordered again, it smells fantastic. I suppose it wears out a bit quicker, but not fully. So by the end of my day if I smell my armpits it smells like normal healthy man + a hint of whiskey and spice. I love it. Packaging is ghey for sure but not enough to bother me.

This is honestly so bad I’m going back to aluminum deodorant. It lasted two hours and that’s being generous. It does smell nice, but it’s very subtle. This is only useful for someone who doesn’t sweat or have any natural odour.

Disappointed. Great marketing, and branding and eco-friendly (I guess), but the product just didn't perform well. Didn't apply well, didn't last long, didn't have enough to even be noticeable, didn't last very long, didn't like the packaging. Will not buy this again.

Product smelled good, but it quickly fell apart after use. It doesn't apply well to skin, and doesn't offer much protection the way a deodorant should. Package meant to be substanable and environmentally friendly doesn't hold up. Pricey and just isn't worth the Buy
