Good easy set up like and very oem style live it no issues

Radio looks nice. But no matter what I do I cant get wireless android auto to work. It won't connect to bluetooth Edit: after letting the radio sit overnight it has worked flawless. No issues and the screen quality is nice. The audio doesn't sound as good as the stock radio but thats to be expected for a 120$ radio.

I can’t get the CarPlay to function. The screen also does not shut off after I shut my car off

I usually don’t buy this kind of products online because i don’t know if it’s going to work or not, but this product has been a huge update to my VW Passat 2014! the back camera has a really quality, it doesn’t glitch or looks blurried. The screen respond instantly when you press something and also it doesn’t make a negative change to the audio, if you are thinking to buy it, this is your sign to do it!

Wired right up and made my 09 TDI Jetta feel like new. I do feel like the instructions weren’t that helpful but I eventually got it working. Overall, worth the money! My 09 Jettas steering wheel controls were controlling CarPlay, on the screen. It was even detecting my door positions, open or shut. Honestly, it has more features than my newer Volkswagen head unit.

The product is good for the price. It would help if it came with written instructions on how to install it, a owner's manual and videos in English. I am figuring out how to use it and the touchscreen on the bottom section doesn't work verywell. Other than this issues I like how it looks.

I almost returned this unit at first because I couldn’t get any sound out of it. After some digging, I learned that the Dynaudio system in the 2012 GTI requires a +12V amp trigger, and the unit doesn’t supply it automatically. Once I connected the amp wire to the correct lead, everything came to life. IMPORTANT for anyone with a 2012 GTI with Dynaudio: To get ANY sound, the amp trigger (+12V) must be connected to the blue wire on the vehicle harness side. Without that, the Dynaudio amp won’t turn on. As for the unit itself, it has a mix of strengths and annoyances. Wireless CarPlay works extremely well, which is the whole reason I bought it, so that part has me satisfied. The downside is that the system can’t be updated, and there’s no access to the Play Store, which limits customization. I also regret not getting the larger screen version — the physical buttons on the side technically function, but they don’t offer anything useful and feel wasted. That said, the smaller unit does maintain more of the factory look, which I actually like. Overall, it does exactly what I bought it for, but it has real limitations. I’m also happy to give it 5 stars even with the limitations mentioned as the value cannot be beaten.

This is a terrible radio. I ordered one and every single input channel for the backup camera became non-functional. I ordered a second one as a replacement and the same thing happened. This time, the radio started smoking. DO NOT BUY! You'll be wasting your money.
