So far, so bad. Looking for customer support.
Got this set up for my son and right off the bat only the cymbals work correctly. The pedals do not work at all, the snare and the toms are cymbals but you have to hit the sides of the pads to get anything to happen, and if you hit the pads too hard or hit the stand you get a nice additional cymbal. So, this is a huge disappointment and I am hoping to get some customer support, I will also be contacting Vevor directly. I have trouble shot the issues by resetting the device, unplugging all pads and pedals, verifying the correct cables are going to the correct pads, I have read the manual multiple times looking for anything (the manual has zero troubleshooting steps), and I have looked online for customers with similar issues. None of the steps worked. Please assist.
