This is one single COVER ONLY, no pillow.... it will fit up to an 18" pillow. They are lovely though.

The name of the item says chenille and also linen. It looks like it's just linen. Is one side chenille?

No, mine has the same fabric type on both sides, however only one side is patterned. This is a great pillow cover! Love it.
