Making Hollandaise from scratch can be time-consuming, with the need to separate egg yolks, prepare a vinegar reduction, clarify butter, and carefully whisk everything together over a double boiler. With the Knorr Garde d'Or Hollandaise Sauce, you get consistently great results straight from the carton, with none of the hassle. For the best flavour, give the carton a good shake before opening, keep it refrigerated, and only heat the amount you need in a saucepan. It pairs perfectly with Eggs Benedict, poached eggs on toast, grilled fish, steamed vegetables, or asparagus. My only suggestion would be to offer this sauce in smaller pack sizes instead of a single 1-litre carton. Multipacks of 150–200 ml cartons would be much more convenient for home users, helping reduce waste and keeping the sauce fresher for longer. As it stands, once opened it needs to be used within a few days, so smaller portions would make an already excellent product even better.

Ich habe die Sauce anders in Erinnerung gehabt ...cremiger und etwas anders im Geschmack. Da es die Sauce leider nicht mehr im Handel zu kaufen gibt...habe ich diesebim Internet gefunden und bestellt.
