Bought as temporary mattress whilst moving house. WOW! Ok so this mattress was rolled and extremely heavy. I really wasn’t expecting much given the price. It was very easy to unwrap and came with a cutter for the plastic. It then did it’s thing and started to inflate. We unwrapped on the bed for ease. After 2 hours I desperately needed a rest and since we didn’t have a settee yet I decided to lay on the bed for an hour or two. It was already thick enough to take my weight and exceptionally comfy. We then slept on it the following night and have been now for a month. We are two big people, combined weight of well over 30 st. The mattress is on the old fashioned bed springs not slats or a divan but even so it’s still really really comfy. It’s surprisingly supportive although I’d say it’s probably medium or medium to soft firmness. I can’t believe this was a rolled mattress, it feels very substantial and good quality. There’s no sign of any springs poking through even though we’re not light weight people. I genuinely haven’t slept so we’ll for a really long time. My partner has also commented on how comfy it is. So, although this was supposed to be a temporary mattress and then to be used as a guest bed, we’ve decided to keep it as our mattress! I think this is probably the best purchase I’ve made this year given the price, quality, ease of assembly and durability. I’m super happy with it.

I am extremely satisfied with my new double mattress. I have it over 2 weeks now and I've never slept better. It is the best one I've ever had in all my 40 plus years and I've spent alot on some and they were rubbish quality. The mattress is so comfortable yet with plenty of support. I would say it is medium to firm. It's lovely and soft to the touch and of excellent quality. The depth of 25cm is ideal with my bedframe, an ease getting into and out from. I highly recommend this mattress and I will be ordering more in the next few weeks. It's brilliant value for the quality. Delivering was great and assembly a breeze. If you're considering buying a new mattress, I guarantee you won't be disappointed with the NixNap.

So far so good,decided on a Kingsize bed,chose this mattress as had good feedback,competitively priced and we have been sleeping on it for 4 nights now,fits our new wood base like a glove,easy to get upstairs being rolled and vacuum packed,it unrolled and expanded really quick,had very comfortable sleeps,no back ache on getting up, the top is quite soft but not saggy,and we have found we can use our double quilt without having to buy all new bedding,feels good to have just that more space.Its now on a good offer,we did get a voucher with ours.REVIEW UPDATE we are into April 2026 and finding this mattress is too soft now,as I have arthritis my back and hip are aching on getting up,so we have decided to go back to an Ikea mattress which is what we had previously.

Nice and comfy

I am extremely disappointed with my experience purchasing the Nixnap mattress. The product does not provide proper back support, which led me to request a return under the 100-day trial. I contacted customer care and was offered an 80% refund, with the option to keep or discard the mattress. Although this was not ideal, I agreed. However, it has now been more than 3 weeks since that communication… with no update on the refund timeline despite multiple follow-ups. My experience with Amazon customer care has also been frustrating, with no clear resolution or proactive support in getting this issue closed. Overall, I feel completely helpless and ignored, with no clarity or accountability from either the seller or support teams. Not recommended – poor quality mattress and pathetic customer service.

I battle to find a comfortable mattress due to shoulder injuries. I am a side sleeper so most nights are uncomfortable. I have had the best sleep experience with my new mattress, I wake up without pain. It is not too firm or too soft. I feel supported and comfortable. The unwrapping of my mattress was so easy and didn’t bounce out, it unrolled in a controlled manner and started to expand immediately. I was going away so it had 48hrs before I slept on it. There was no strange plastic smell. Size was correct as advertised and definitely value for money. The customer service from this supplier was excellent. Definitely recommend this mattress.
