How to open the wheel？

There is a button behind the heel, when the pointer is facing up, hit it and the wheel can pop out, remember that the button must be rotated horizontally after the wheel pop out.

How to take back the wheel?

When the heel button pointer is up, hold it down while pressing the wheel back on the sole and the wheel will retract.

Are wheels easily retractable for walking?

Put the pointer of the button on the back of the shoe facing up and press the button, you can easily retract the wheels and turn it into a walking shoe.

There are two braking methods for shoes, the first is that you can touch the sole of the forefoot to the ground, and the second is that you need to rotate the shoe horizontally.

Great product!

Bought these for my 12 year old niece. She wears a size 6.5 US women's size. I bought size 7 and they fit her perfectly. She loves them! They light up and change colors. She wears them all day and happily walks and skates in them. They are getting her outdoors and more active, which is a huge plus! It's nice to see her being active rather than playing games on her phone. I love these skates!

They work. Not bad

I rarely write reviews. I thought this would help parents like me. My 8 yr old daughter wanted shoes with roller skates. Not those heel shoes. Honestly I thought this shoe would be a disaster. They actually really work and serve the purpose. They are sturdier and better built than I expected. The wheels pop in and out. For my 8 yr old she loves them. I’ve been pleasantly surprised. You just have to be careful with the plastic button on back. Can’t bang it into the concrete. If you are a little cautious they should work great. I have been pleasantly surprised

Wheels are stiff and hard to retract.

Shoes are pretty bulky to walk. Wheels are stiff not free spinning like regular skates. Retractions them is a little tricky. Takes some practice. Overall it’s ok.
